Probably the worst vehicle I've ever purchased/financed. Never again.

A 2025 tuscon purchased brand new off the lot and has been in the shop for repair literally after one month of buying it and more times than I care to even think about. Nothing has been done to fix the issue. By far the worst make and model I've ever dealt with. So upsetting because I have a brand new car that I have to continue to pay on and i dont feel safe driving it at all.

Great SUV once electronics were repaired

Once dash outages were corrected, great car, just took contacting Corporate to have dealership complete repairs. Would be nice to have the passenger's seat to be able to be elevated or lowered.

Issues from day 1

When I purchased the vehicle, I had to immediately take it back to the dealership. Turns out that the drive shaft was damaged, in addition to brake issues. I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to fix as they would need to order the parts. They ultimately fixed it within a few days after my "stern" words and threats of claiming the lemon law if I were to be without the vehicle for a month. I am having some minor computer "glitches" but since I really don't use or even enjoy ALL of the technology, it hasn't been a bother per say. Would be nice if everything worked but it doesn't hamper the actual performance of the vehicle. The reason I gave it up to 4 stars is that, aside from the aforementioned issues, the vehicle drives great, looks great and what tech I do use, comes in very handy and is fairly easy to use. As part of this survey, there are 2 questions that I was forced to give a 3. Reliability and build quality. If I had not had those initial issues, those numbers would be 9 or 10.

Comfortable, efficient, but struggles to accelerate

Did not set out to buy a Hyundai, but have been pleasantly surprised how many features it came with and how enjoyable the interior is. Listening to it struggle to get up to speed on the highway or get stuck in fast acceleration is annoying but everything else has been great.

perfect size and comfortable ride

Some electronic features drive me crazy, like every time I accidently cover camera with my hands the cruise shuts off. The lane feature is also annoying , if you veer off just a little to the left or right there is an annoying ding 5 times. I can do without those safety features. There is also a wind noise on the Dr. side that bothers me.

Dangerous emergency breaking

Your vehicle is damn perfect except for the premature engagement of your emergency breaking I have no doubt someday it will cause me to be rear-ended and I would not buy another Tucson until this is corrected

My car is a lemon

My first was GREAT no issues or problems. Unfortunately I got in a wreck and that car was totaled. I bought the exact same care because it kept me safe. I have only put 3,000 miles on the car and it has been in the shop 3 times for oil consumption. I should be given a new one that does not have issues.

Great vehicle, awful experience in maintenance.

Everything was excellent, but the o Lu thing is that o was promised Oil Change Free for life or until I trade in. And didn’t happened. Extremely disappointed at that because I feel that was a catch just to make me buy a Hyundai.
