Not My Favorite

The vehicle is comfortable, but had an issue with it from the very start - manufacturer defect. Also had a very unsettling issue with the dealership that went unresolved and it could have been.

2026 Hyundai Tuscon

The room in the interior is amazing, the features of adaptable cruise control, lane assist, etc have made longer journeys a breeze. The only issue I am having right now is the car will randomly rev the engine when I am trying to get up to speed. Overall this is a fantastic car hopefully with them fixing the sensitivity of the brake assist, this car should last me many years.

Good vehicle

Overall I'm happy with the car. There has been 2 recalls already. The fixes are easy to take care of. The drive mode button is in a bad spot, but I'm learning to adjust.

New vehicle review

Overall, I have liked the car. There are some changes from my previous car and unknowns that I need to address, such as media and display screen. Storage disappoints me. I don't like reviewing anything when the product is so new. It's just a benchmark, but will likely be used to promote quality.

2026 Tucson SEL is average

We traded in our nicely kept 2013 CR-V on 4-30-26 for a new 2026 Tucson SEL. We have had it for just over two months and driven about 1700 miles of city driving. The Idle Stop and Go (ISG) feature is totally annoying for the $2 dollars worth of gas it likely saves per year. The default should be the off position with an option for the user to enable it if desired. Transmission has a herky jerky stutter at times which is not normal compared to my previosly owned CR-V. Also, mileage has been a major disappointment for us 70 plus year old drivers with a gentle gas pedal. We are seriously thinking about going back to a Honda CR-V in the next year regardless of dollar loss.

Disappointing

Doesn't run smoothly. Idles hard and then just stops. Cooling thunks loudly. Never gets smoothly to main screen.... Must go through several steps.
