They made it right
I am writing this review as an amendment to a previous review regarding an oil change. During the oil change there were some bolts missed and I was fairly upset to say the least as it caused damage to the vehicle. I was hopeful that St. Charles Hyundai would make it right as we have been going there for a number of years and had plans of purchasing future vehicles from them. They did make it right. The service manager was top notch with his approach to the situation and the entire team reminded us why we choose to do business with St. Charles Hyundai. Thank you to the entire staff for helping us get back the feeling that we have always had for your dealership ship. Mistakes happen but how you all handled it proves that you are second to none

Missed bolts AGAIN
Once again St. Charles Hyundai missed bolts on the undercarriage plate that they remove during an oil change. The first time it was only one bolt and the piece itself was fine. This time, they missed three bolts which resulted in damage to the piece itself and who knows what else. I cannot believe after years of going there that they can now not perform a simple oil change on our Genesis without forgetting to put parts back on the car. I'm hopefully they will make this right but not sure if I will ever go back.

Friendly and courteous
This dealership’s service department is very friendly and courteous. They are prompt. Unfortunately, the software upgrade did not improve the driving experience of my car. At this point, it would be unlikely that I would purchase another Tucson, but this is no fault of the dealer. I feel this is an overall Hyundai issue that needs to be solved.

I have no complaint regarding service and was treated wonderfully by the service rep. I have been going to St Charles Hyundai for 11 years with no problems or complaints about the way me or my 2011 Hyundai Sonata have been treated.

Customer service is really good, it’s the lack of minor details that are missing: stickers, reset on oil changes, taking floor mats and plastic off, etc. But there’s a lot of days where this is a great company!

As I had spoken to several people at the dealership, my experience was certainly less than expected. I didn't receive numbers phone calls back and only got multiple phone calls when I left a negative Facebook review, which I later removed at request from dealership... my sediment is still the same. My service was certainly not good and I didn't even get a follow up phone call following the service to see if it was acceptable after ALL of the issues that we both know that I had that were the fault only of the dealership.

Having purchased hundreds of vehicles over the years, I will say that this dealership was the worst experience that I have had. I was not terrible, but I certainly won't be back as I get 5 star services from almost all other dealerships and certainly better follow up than I did here.

Brad Dean and I discussed this this afternoon. Be assured my concerns have been resolved, not a large thing at all. I forgot to mention to brad recent oil changes I did not get the paper showing the mechanics checklist of the high level multipoint inspection so I guess my brakes etc are fine?? Brad is my go to guy there and helped me often. Bob Reck is great too. Your team is like my family..peace on each visit. Kudos to your team and your guidance!! I appreciate the follow up call on this. We are good..5 stars

Service not what it used to be
Service was adequate but they no longer go the extra measure to ensure return customers.
They are not close to our home nor competitive in pricing so am seriously considering going elsewhere for routine maintenance.

Had an issue that needed resolved, technician personally called and is helping resolve.
Recently took my car in for routine maintenance, noticed a new electrical issue(speaker), and new vibration after the appointment. Could not get a call back after 1 week of daily calls/voicemails. Finally heard back from advisor who was very helpful in getting me scheduled to come back in to resolve issue.

At my age (dont even ask, LOL) i have owned a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of service writers . Brad is without a doubt the most conscientious and professional i have ever met. He always listens well and even asks a few questions if he fells he needs to. After the service he verbally explains the recommendations in detail. Give that guy a RAISE !
