New 2917 Honda CR-V Touring model

We bought this vehicle to replace a 2008 CR-V that we had passed to our grandson. The new vehicle is superior to the 2008 model in all but two areas so far. The GPS is a pain in the neck to use. It is completely non-intuitive and is much inferior to the one in our 2008 CR-V. The second problem applies to the pretty much useless Owners Manual. It is much inferior to the manual we received with the 2008 CR-V. The vehicle has great road manners and gives great gas mileage, We recently made a 2,400 or so mile trip to/from Cslifirnia and averaged 33.99 mpg fir the whole trip, with individual fill-ups yielding 30 mpg in hilly terrain to as high as 36.8 mpg on flat terrain with the Adaptive Cruise Control engaged. The turbocharged relatively small engine is a winner.

AWESOME!

I like the 2017 CRV-ExL because it manages to be both familiar & innovating at the same time. The 2017 incorporated quite a few new technology features.

CRV2017

I have not driven to much yet but driving around town has great. The safety freatures are the best. learning all the safety features has been interesting but I keep working on it. I am looking forward to a trip I have planned to Utah so will get to really see how it goes.

2017 Honda CRV - Mostly ALL we expected.

The 4 cylinder car is definitely not as powerful as our old 6 cylinder 2006 Honda Odyssey, but it's much swifter & more sporty. And the technology (bells & whistles) are MORE than enough. There was a steep learning curve with all the new technology. A lot has changed/been added in 11 years. We studied Consumer Report & other's reviews, and they were all very accurate.

Love our 2017 CRV Touring

We upgraded from our 2014 CRV to the new 2017. It's only been 4 days and we are still learning all the bells & whistles, but so far so GREAT!

The 2017 Honda CR-V is an apparent winner

We have only put about 200+ miles on our new 2017 Honda CR-V Touring model but it is a big improvement over the 2008 model we replaced. The older vehicle was a great SUV and a pleasure to drive, but the new one drives more quietly (less interior noise) than the older model and has a more solid feel on the road. It will take us awhile to fully understand all of the safety improvements and electronics but we're learning more every day. All-in-all,we are impressed and intend to keep this one for many, many miles.

Worth the wait

We have just received our new 2017 CRV. We went all out, buying the AWD Touring model. We were very impressed with the 2016 CRV as well, but wanted some of the refinements of the 2017 model. Could not be more pleased with our decision. This car handles great in wet, dry or slick, rides far better than expected, and is getting great gas mileage both city and highway. The advanced safety features (lane keeping, automatic braking, etc.) are exceptional. The new seats are great as is the increased size of the car. The new 1.5L turbo engine is very responsive, with torque coming on quickly at low rpm. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or the dealership.
