2020 Hyundai Tuscan

This is my 3rd Hyundai ive purchased. 2 Elantras and now my Tuscan. Have always been extremely happy with my purchases. I've bought all 3 at Baytown Hyundai. The staff are awesome and the buying experience was too as well. They always go above and beyond for the customer. And the fact ive never had a problem with any of my vehicles is a great plus. Not one! Even nevet changed tires on my first one and was still pretty good shape when traded in. Wasnt to fond of the light colored seats but just thtow some seat covers on them and no problem. Dont have that problem with my Tuscan. Love that your cars are built with Safety as a priority. Love my Baytown Hyundai

Easy Rider

The technology and the ease of use in the vehicle is especially impressive. It is very comfortable to drive, and easy to enter and exit the vehicle. We especially enjoy the remote engine start and the features for safety while driving.

Great vehicle ...

This Tucson is a great running vehicle. We enjoy all the perks this Tucson has on it...It has a solid ride and comfort. It does, however, have more road noise than we like. The front passenger seat is a little lower than we like also...It looks right at the side view mirror instead of over it

Love my Tucson

Great car! I have had it for over a month. It has plenty of power and gets around in the city well. Lots of features with the base model. My kids love that the back seats recline! I am a little disappointed in the MPG: only 24 in the city. And the paint already has chips.

Great small SUV

This vehicle meets all my requirements in an SUV, plus high safety ratings and good reliability. My car insurance went down 40% when I purchased this car due to all the safety features. I am very pleased with all the features in the car and look forward to years of fun driving it!

Just what we were looking for!

We traded in a Hyundai we loved for a wonderful Tucson with the assurance of AWD and wonderful interior room I'm 6'2" and my wife is 5'2" but we are both very comfortable driving and riding in our new Tucson. Very happy with the trade up.

Easy to drive vehicle, safety features are super. I like the close-near car at the sie feature and the stay between lines. It has good interior space, and great media sound. The bluelink feature is Super. You can turn on/off your car or turn on/off the AC from your phone. Overall, I love it!

The Black Pearl!

Great value for the price on my "Black Pearl". My vehicle has the Ultimate Package which comes fully loaded and includes a 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. I was looking for something economical, yet fun to drive and the Tucson was my answer!

Rick case plantation

Had a wonderful experience at this Rick Case Hyundai. Went to turn in my lease on Jan 26 at around 2pm. My situation was tough considering I was a little over miles (thank God for the Wear and Tear protection!) and still had 10 more payments. It was a pleasure working with my salesman, Jahny M. he made sure to accommodate every request I had for my new car. From the moment I stepped in, everything was straight to the point and no BS. I left very happy and content with the deal they provided. I was only there for about 3 hours. I’ve never been in and out of a dealership that fast. I definitely recommend this Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation and 100% ask for Jahny, he will make sure you leave with a big smile and no buyers remorse! I love this car

We love love our new Tucson’s as we bought 2! Hatchett Hyundai provides such a great service with pressure sales. They are the reason we bought 2 more Hyundai’s after have a bad experience with our 2 former Hyundai’s. Great service and s great product can sway anyone to come back and purchase another vehicle.

Very pleased with our choice

We absolutely love our new Hyundai Tucson. We have the sport pack and how perfect that is. From the wheels and how perfectly they accentuate the overall body style etc. To how "zippy" it is. Noticeably more power than the base model. We do wish it got better gas mileage. But we knew that going in. You feel like your driving a luxury vehicle with all the features. Very nice on road trips. We do have a roof rack/basket installed. Because we travel with 2 dogs and 3 kids. But it works wonderfully well and looks pretty awesome!

Hundai offer's a great car with a great warranty. I have been to many dealers of all types. Most of the Hyundai dealers were great to deal with. Some Hundai dealers in the north did not have quanity inventory. And offered very low trade in value.
