Won’t get another

Not happy with the vehicle. First time Tuscan owner. Can’t wait until lease is up want something better. Used to love Hyundai not anymore very disappointed. The car is not a great vehicle I won’t recommend

Love it, but not a 100%

It's just an average vehicle. I love it, but finding difficult to love. It lacks power and gas mileage. I would buy again if I knew they took care of these issues. Love the ride, the 4 wheel lock is awesome.

Average

The price was right. Nice design, comfortable and smooth ride. The Hyundai Blind Side Mirror and Forward Crash Avoidance systems are sub-par, and therefore the Average rating! With the exception of not being able to resolve the BSM and FCA concerns, the Dealership has been great.

It's okay

Takes too long to accelerate, and the android auto stopped working within a couple of months. Dealer told me it was a software issue that they couldn't resolve. Other than that the vehicle isn't bad for the price.

2021 Tuscon

The Tuscon is a nice vehicle, but it often sounds like a truck or like a 10-year old vehicle. It is a good vehicle for work, but it is not as comfortable of a ride as other vehicles I have owned in the past

Disliked having to step into the vehicle evey time.

Vehicle is too high to step into, and drivers seat should be able to sit higher.Vehicle drives well, Had passengers complain it was uncomfortable to get into vehicle. Vehicle was reliable, and drove well in extreme weather.

Overall comfortable, inconsistent ride

While I love the style and comfort of this vehicle, the ride has been inconsistent. Engine hesitates and searches for the right speed which makes it terribly annoying, especially when trying to use cruise control or merge into traffic on the highway.

Tire sensors bad, steering wheel pull to either left or right if hands taken off the wheel

I have been a customer since 2000, and purchased the very first Santa Fe model. Then purchased a Tucson in 2015. However, my experience with leasing a brand new Tucson 21 has not been great at all. Maybe before I did not have any problems with the previous vehicles and did not have to call the dealership, but having leased a vehicle has proven not pleasant at all..

Vehicle great... headlights awful

I initially had a 2022 Tucson but the in-the-grill headlights are awful. Exchanged with 2021. Headlights aren't as bad but had to replace with led bulbs. This is a company owned vehicle. I won't drive it at night. If not for this issue I would purchase one for personal use... bottom line, if you only drive during the day it's a wonderful vehicle. If you drive at night, good luck. And if it rains at night, just park it!

Disappointef

Purchased the vehicle for its safety features (lane assist, blind spot monitoring) which did not disappoint. If I had known there was no trunk release in this vehicle, I would not have purchased it. It is a pain to have to go to the rear to open the trunk which I use a lot. The rear panel and storage shelf does not stay in place when heavy items (2 cases of water) were put in. Other than these 2 issues, the car looks good, runs good and gets great gas mileage.

It ok for the money paid for it. If you are looking for something cheap , not fun to drive just to get you from point a to b then it works, low quality material, no shine on paint. Interior bare minimum quality materials. You can Hera lots of noise from outside

Not the best family car

It the best family car and not gas saving like they tell you. I should have done a better search into the car before signing 6 years of my life paying this car. Learned my lesson for next time I want to purchase a car with them or even consider purchasing another car from them or this brand.

Looks nice but acceleration is sluggish gas mileage isnt great especially since I have to drive in traffic a lot hear too much noise while driving and it's ridiculous that I have to add more words to this

2021 hyundai tucson review the suv is mostly good gas mileage could be better but its shit the 360 camera is good but the other camera for viewing backup is blurry seems like cheap quality older hyundai cameras are more clear

Avery comfortable vehicle and a joy to drive. Plenty of safety features makes this a safe environment to be in. Storage and passenger space is good.the rear seats fold down doubling the amount of storage space. The 2.0 engine gives adequate power. Using the sport mode gives the car a bit more zip and fun to drive

Love the car , Hate the tires are very noisy

The car is ok around town But because of the tires that are on this car it’s a bit loud inside at 50 to 70 miles an hour, the tires are not good can’t even listen to the radio or have a conversation with the person next to u and god for bid don’t let the windows down the tires are so loud

A very nice looking car.

Overall the 2021 Tuscon is a very well-built car. Its appearance is excellent. The only thing that bothers me is a rattling in the dash area that I would like to have alleviated. It is hopeful that the dealership will accommodate my needs and I would then rate this car a perfect 10.

The car is beautiful and we love the two toned leather interior. We wish the ride would be a little smoother on bumpy roads and less exterior noise on highways. Wish we would have done the 0% financing vs. Rebates
