Good

The overall experience was great but when I got home and really looked at it I didn’t like the interior it looks very cheaply made. The exterior is great but the interior is cheaply made .I don’t like the interior interior panels on the doors and I don’t like the carpet it looks very cheap overall I probably won’t buy another one like this one

Its nice and beautiful car, it’s very comfortable and safe in driving with nice color, sport mode is amazing, car stability is so good, front look is good with LED Daylights, The best thing is tucson has all wheel drive with give u safe driving in snow and rain!

2021 Tucson

I really like my Tucson ! It is comfortable, it looks nice, it drives nice. This is my first 4wd so I haven't driven in the snow yet. Coming from the Elantra, I am disappointed in the gas mileage of the Tucson. Overall, it is a lot of SUV for the money.

Tucson Ultimate

I am very happy with my Tucson Ultimate, with the exception of the 1- navigation system, I think it is the same or similar to the one that was in my 2015 Sonata Sport T & that was not reliable and out of date. I was told I could get an update for $300+, however POI's are constantly changing as are the roads so that didn't make sense. If Hyundai hadn't made it possible to integrate my phone to the display screen I would not have purchased a Hyundai. 2- Driver's seat gets uncomfortable on long drives, never had that problem with my Sonata Sport T. Overall I really like the Tucson Ultimate, it has many safety & convenience features that are outstanding.

Pleasantly Surprised

Overall I like the vehicle but I wish I had the sunroof and the back vent controls and remote start and navigation but I wasn't aware of some of the features but in all I'm satisfied. I just wished that the Tuson that contained all the features I really wanted would've been priced within my range.

Great car, I did not get the car I wanted, wanted the 2020 with all the features, I ended up with the 2021 that has limited features. I don’t have anything else to talk about just trying to get to 200.

Space

Vehicle is nice, spacious in the front and back seats, but the trunk is smaller than my previous 2014 tucson. Vehicle should be better on gas since it is a 4 cylinder. Car should have a better power on take off. Audio is good in car. Nice blue link app is good

Issue with warranty

The only problem I experience with this vehicle was the problem of rodents under the hood that ate up the wiring. I think it is the ease of access by the way the car is built .After speaking with Mr. Doyle I understood that the issue with my car was that of rodents.

Nice little reliable car

It's a really nice little car. You put it in sport mode it gets down the road pretty quickly, it's pretty quiet in the cab, but it's not silent no. It's easy to get in and out of, has high visibility and a super light package. The best thing I like about it is the warranty

Another new Hyundai

Bought a new 2007 Hyundai Veracruz and never had a major problem with it. After 14 years the car still ran great, but just wanted something new, with better safety and more modern features. So, decided to buy another Hyundai because of reliability, and warranty. Not sure if the new one is better than the old one, but then again I'm old and set in my ways. I'm sure it's alot better, just have to learn how to work everything.

Tucson Review

I went to the Tucson from a Santa Fe because of size. I found that it is just as comfortable and performance is about the same. Fuel econmy is about the same as the Santa Fe. The vehicle met my expectations.

great car, very handsome, great price and very safe and high quality, amazing storage for the size, feels like a quality car and is one. the only drawback is the engine is pretty slow and not that fun to drive and the fuel economy can be better in the city

Better than last time

I put up with your dual clutch for 3 years in the last Hyundai. For all the handling issues this is an improvement. Do miss the turbo, though. I'll get used to it like the last one - eventually - I hope

Keith Hawthorne dealership-unfair sales practice

Keith Hawthorne dealership in Gastonia NC has an unfair sales practices. They deliberately took advantage of me because I was a single woman by charging me a higher price and even a higher interest rate. And I have an excellent credit history! I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
