Love my Hyundai

I love my Hyundai Tucson more than I could ever imagine. It is comfortable and roomy and fun to drive. The hatchback is large and holds everything I have needed while traveling. I like its gas mileage, especially while highway driving. So far it has been very low maintenance and very dependable.

I love my car but more convenient cubbies would be more helpful

The vehicle is very nice, but I do not plan to buy another Hyundai as I have had bad luck with Salesmen and also with Service writers! When I buy a car from a dealer I would like respect from all!!

why do you keep sending me this questionnaire?

the driver's seat is so low I have to put a pillow on it...you could make it go higher. Also, the fun turns on highest volumne everytime I start the car....I am very used to this little issue

A great value for a midsized vehicle

This car checked every box for features I needed and even some that I didn’t know I needed. My one complaint about this car is that there are important buttons to the cars overall function that are right next to the cup holders. Which means one drip from your coffee the barista overfilled has the potential to make those buttons sticky.

Rides nice. Computer system is over engineered.

The car rides nice in part because I have Michelin tires. I have had ongoing problems with the computer system, the Remote, the Keyless entry and the Radio to name a few. The remote doesn't always work and will not allow settings for AC & Heat to remain set, in order to do so you must use "Blue Link." The Keyless entry doesn't work all the time and doesn't work on the back doors. The Radio will jump from Radio, to GPS, or to Phone and even makes calls I don't want to make. The Hyundai case # is 42693891 from May 17, 2026. The response I received from Hyundai USA is "the car is performing as designed." I was told by Hyundai USA the issue should be addressed by McGovern Hyundai in Brockton, MA that the person I was in contact with, Khloe, because that they are not technicians at Hyundai USA. I am not happy with this car because of the faulty computer system and that Hyundai decides how I should drive my car and not how I want to drive my car.

This was my third Tucon, they just kept getting better. The 2024 has been great,love the interior layout. Fuel mileage is great.

Great car sad to have to hand it in but I can't afford it anymore.

Great car have to hand it in. I can't afford the payments anymore. The front end alignment has been off since day 1 have 4 front end alignments and still off. The car is to big for someone 5" 3' it's to hard to park for me. But Hyundai is a great car. I switched from Honda to hyundai. Love it

Average Full Size SUV.

I leased the most Basic Tucson because I didn’t want a higher payment. I previously leased a Sonata and Venue and liked them better. I tried larger because my husband is 6’5”. It has plenty of room for a big family and it’s nice to see above a lot of vehicles but it proved to be more than what I needed. And I definitely like a smaller payment for the small amount of driving I do. My next lease I may try the Kona.

Nice but…

Overall I enjoy my vehicle, however, I’ve been having issues with my radio glitching since purchasing it brand new. This is my second Tucson and the first one was good except the paint randomly chipping and it not being covered by warranty. Fixing the cosmetic issues will always be an error of improvement needed.
