Very Disappointed!
Previously I leased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. It was a beautiful bright blue color and I loved driving my 2022 Tucson. I have not been happy with the 2025 Tucson I have now since I first leased it at the beginning of 2025!!!! I wish I would have never turned in my 2022 Tucson. I should have bought it when my lease ended!!! Every time I get in my car to drive it, after I back up and then go forward, my 2025 Tucson hesitates and acts like it's going to cut out; it also makes an annoying jerking motion. This happens at least 2 or 3 times before I get to the main road. Sometimes it even does the hesitating, cutting out and makes the jerking motion even after I'm on the main road and try to accelerate to 35 mph or 45 mph. It's extremely frustrating and I've tried TWO TIMES to get Great Lakes Hyundai Service on Morse Rd in Columbus, Ohio to fix the issue. They failed to fix it both times and each time, all they can say is that it needed to be reset back to factory settings and that it needs to be trained to my driving! What a complete cluster. I don't even want this car anymore. I want to turn it in and get a Santa Fe or Palasade instead!!!
