Overall Ok with some exceptions
I don't like the shiny black where AC controls are.
I don't like the capacitive touch buttons!
I don't like that the indicator lights are little slits that barely light up so it's hard to tell when the AC etc is on. WHY so small and dim???
Engine cutoff at stop is almost instant. Wouldn't be too bad if there were a delay. Like must be stopped for 10 seconds.
Wireless charger is too slow.
Why the hell can you not lock the doors using the door lock on the inside? Only car I have ever owned where I cannot lock the doors using the door.
Why can you roll down the windows with the key fob but you cant use the lock button to roll them back up????????? Useful when car is in driveway at house.
Why the hell is the key fob so HUGE ! Largest one I have ever owned!
I will never use Blue Link. There are no useful features, too many online complaints about functionality and I don't like you selling driving data. I saw there were at least two class action lawsuits involving several manufacturers over this. As there should be.
Sometimes the transmission doesn't seem to shift smoothly. It's like the RPMs go to high sometimes and then it realizes it too late and finally shifts up which you can feel.
I do love the dash display, however what is the useless rectangular black thing at the far right of the dash display?
I do love Android Auto. If you got rid of this, I still would not use Blue Link. Rather just use my phone at that point.
I do like the hidden rear wiper. Glad its not at the bottom of the window. Looks a lot cleaner that way.
The lane assist feature (Car between two lines) doesn't always work. Direct sun stops it, rain stops it, etc etc. Sometimes even when it is nice, it is solid green but does not correct the car even when there are visible lines. My Chevy Traverse excels here and never has a single issue or stops working. However I think it also has a cam in the grill as well as the windshield whereas the Tucson only has it in the windshield.
I don't care for the lane centering? Steering wheel between two lines. It pulls the car all the way over to the left line and then tries to bring back to center. It's too aggressive and it makes me feel unsafe when on . I have it turned off. The other feature is better but needs some kinda of improvement.
I do like some of the customizations you can do in the settings like blinker rate etc.
I appreciate the survey and that you didn't send this a 1k miles in like Chevy did.
All in all the car is ok but there certainly could be some improvements. I may trade it in at 1 year.
