Tucson Limited; Well Equipped, Fun to Drive

The new Hyundai Tucson Limited has a full line of Safety and Convenience features. Some are overdone, such as the Forward Attention Warning system. This is both annoying and potentially unsafe, as the vehicle quickly and unexpectedly reduces speed. The Auto Stop mechanism is also unnecessary and should be removed. Meanwhile, there are a host of other features that are useful and offer real value in keeping the driver safe and comfortable, such as heated and cooled seats, multiple camera views and dashboard controls that can be manual or digital

Nice SUV!! But has some issues.

Overall I am happy with the car now, although I have notice two things that concern me in less than three months that I have owned the car. It does not always accelerate like it should, one time trying to merge I gave it gas and the RPM went up but the car did not accelerate. I have notice the car jerks some, and this is very concerning since it is a new car.

My 2026 Hyundai Tucsuns adaptive cruise control is hard to set and use

The vehicle is practical and that is a new thing for me. I had a sporty, fun SUV before this and it is hard to get used to. It was very nice riding for a longer trip and gets good gas milage for a larger SUV.I do not like the adaptive cruise control and when using the lane adjust it feels like I am in a wind tunnel.

Light color of lower dash reflects on front door widows making it difficult to use mirrors. I can't get the warning system to make noise when you veer out of your lane. Been back to dealer, still doesn't work.

Good Gas Powered Compact SUV

Good gas powered compact SUV! The Tucson is still a relatively new car for me so I’m still learning about how it handles. So far so good. The only downside that I am seeing so far is that it has an odd placement for the rear turn signals and reverse lights! They are located in the lower cluster of lights on the bumper. A difficult place for large vehicles behind you to view, which obviously could be dangerously difficult for them to see! They should be positioned in the upper cluster of lights where the brake lights are located! Aside from that the rest of the car is good so far!
