The jeep Cherokee is obviously a piece of junk. It’s not a reliable car at all! I’ve been doing continuous work on this car since I’ve gotten it! Literally every month it’s a new problem! Thankfully Little Man Auto has been amazing fixing my car to damn near brand new and has kept me up to date on issues I wasn’t even aware of! They have also been very fair with pricing to fix all of my car issues!

Reliable transportation
I can honestly say that my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been a great vehicle. Very few issues and when there was it was fixed in a timely manner. I still like this body style, but the newer ones may grow on me over time.

Tuff stuff !
I have own it for about 2.5 years and it's been a good SUV , who had it before didn't really keep it up like it should have been , but it's been basically trouble free . I still have the same battery it came with .

I bought the extended warranty with this vehicle and as soon as it expired the slowly fell apart..

2004 was The last year of the straight axle front end and is a wonderful candidate for fixing up as an off-road four-wheel-drive vehicle on a budget. 250/300,000 Miles it’s not uncommon with these vehicles you can actually pick up the WJ for 3 to $5000 with around 100,000 on it, add a lift kit and bigger tires and they are as good as the $60,000 Jeep wranglers

Good experience with this vehicle.
The jeep grand cherokee seems to be a reliable vehicle as long as you keep it clean of rust and do maintenance it should last many miles. Maintenance is needed to keep it up, but usually consider parts and labor to be more reasonable with this vehicle compared to others.

Have always liked my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I bought new in 2004. Great looks and body style. Very quiet with original tires which also includes an excellent Bose sound system. As a professional musician I especially liked the natural sound acoustics which was also shared by other musician friends. Love my jeep!
The Jeep handles very very well. Window regulators need work they break frequently. But it has a strong engine. If you have problems with it jerking and stumbling and seeming like its out of gas. Before you put in a lot of money. Make sure you first check the wires from the pack to the fuel injectors. When you have a problem with the wire it will throw codes to say they're also problems with the ignition coil, sensors, bad PCM. Try fixing your wires and check your wire harness first before putting money into other things . I spent months chasing this issue . Otherwise it is an Amazing vehicle. The in-line engine is the best! I should have on the Jeep years ago.

We love our Jeep Grand Cherokee, it has served us for 10 years with no major repaires. The 4wd has been very sturdy and the body is beautiful. We have 130,000 miles on her and believe we can easily go to 300,000!! She is definitely part of our family !

Immediate service in an emergency for an older car.
My Jeep is an older car. All American Auto identified many problems with it. They prioritized each repair as to safety concerns first and not so important concerns last. They are trustworthy when suggesting repairs that need to be done. I had difficulty identifying a problem that happened suddenly. I felt unsafe in my car. I called All American and described the problem and they told me to immediately come into the shop. Without an appointment and delaying their arranged schedule, they fixed my car so that my entire family was safe on the road. Thank you for your service.

I have been a loyal jeep customer for many years, this model has the original in line six cylinder engine and has been by far a dream to drive. No major problems at over 170K and this vehicle is also driving lightly off road and pulled behind an RV on cross country trips. I highly reccomend Jeep Grand Cherokees.
