Great car

We are a growing family and we and this definitely meets our needs. We love how much room the trunk has. There is now enough room for the whole family and everything we need. Can not wait to take it on our first trip.

RAV4 Hybrid

We have had a Prius for years and years, and after more than 250,000 miles, it was time to replace it. After doing some searching we decided we wanted something with AWD, which the Prius does not have. We went for the RAV4 based on reviews from several automobile and consumer magazines. We've only had it for two weeks, but assume based on our history of previous Toyota vehicles, this will be as reliable and dependable as our others. The only thing I would advise future customers of is getting the rear tailgate that is operated by a switch or passing your foot underneath the rear of the vehicle. We didn't think it would make that much difference, but I am frequently putting things in the rear of the vehicle, and this would make it much easier. Overall we really like the vehicle and the hybrid has not disappointed in gasoline mileage.

2018 Toyota RAV4 SE Purchase

Like previous model years the new 2018 RAV4 has a lot to appreciate in comfort, style and safety however the new dimmable rear view mirror cannot be adjusted while transmission is in drive and must be done while in park before driving. I find that occasionally I want to adjust the rear view mirror after adjusting my seat or how I am sitting it to avoid fatigue but the mirror cannot be adjusted manually while the transmission is in drive. Also, for a couple days an iHeart Radio Appication error pop-up covered the display screen then eventually stopped showing up but I don’t know why. Is there a way to “reboot” the radio like a computer when Applications are updated or any other time it may help radio performance?

Love my RAV4

I spent a lot of time researching the SUV market, trying to find the best vehicle for the best price and long term value. It came down to Honda, Toyota and Mazda. The RAV4 gave me the most bang for my buck and the reputation of great quality and long term value. The ability to get the color I wanted with the features I wanted made my experience a positive one.

2018 Rav4

I absolutely love my Rav. This will be my third RAV4 that I have owned. My first was a 1999. We still have it and it runs like a champ. The one I got today is beautiful, it has so many safety features and comforts that make it such a pleasure. I am sure this will be the last vehicle I will own. It has all of the features I will ever need. I’m very pleased.

I loved the car the minute I sat behind the wheel. It’s been a week and absolutely no sign of buyers remorse. Love the service from the beginning. My second car from McCords and I am satisfied just as much as my first purchase.

Nnew 2018 RAV4

Good: Toyota brand should be dependable. Pretty smooth acceleration. Fairly quiet. Intuitive screen interface. Good safety features. Locking differential is nice. Toyota care, plus local York dealer extras (car wash etc). Very knowledgeable and helpful salesmen (particularly Ed), and good service, and good discount at local dealership. Bad: Transmission not as smooth as a CVT, and CVT supposedly has less parts so less future problems, and CVT supposedly simpler which is less expensive to build so more profitable for Toyota and cheaper for customers, and CVT has better gas mileage (mileage is worse than Forester and automatic shifting not as smooth as a 2005 Mercedes C300) (mileage can improve and could be a little peppier but does not need to be under 8 seconds zero-to-sixty). Could be a touch quieter. Can't move headrest back about half inch. No lumbar. Daily unbuckling seat belt slaps hard plastic beside door. Daily exiting and closing door feel 'sharp' edge along window frame. MSRP $1.2k more versus same equiped Forester. Interior versus say Mazda cx-5 not as nice; Mazda shorter overall yet longer wheelbase (smoother highway but bigger turning circle). Certain times on a sunny day the screens on dash create big blinding glare. Profile to Ford Escape very similar but RAV4 dimensions seem a little off - length versus width; RAV4 side profile seems a big 'slab'. Android and Apple phone is needed. Visibility at rear quarter panels is compromised by the upswept rear quarter panel which everyone does = unsafe and too common. Not quite as soft a ride as expect from Toyota; longer wheelbase might make better ride. Subaru had three surveys about car and dealership and overall; Toyota had none until now 6 months later. Subaru sends regular emails on car status, health etc (& also advertise) versus Toyota has Toyota care - guess it's a cost benefit decision per company; both are nice but not sure how long Subaru emails will be versus Toyota Care is 2 years.

Best, better than I thought!!!

Excellent high tech equipment package!!! If you are tired and drive over the write lane on the road, car will immediately communicate with you, on the GPS display appears cup of coffee and the sign-“you need a rest ”!

RAV-4? Simply "Rav"elous!

The RAV-$ XLE comes so well appointed there are no real serious options left to consider. The car drives ever so well in either Eco or Sport mode. So much cargo space and so very well designed to boot. Love the moonroof; our first! Good mileage and a very safe car. Scored very high with Consumer's Reports and previous owners I know love the vehicle - I can see why! A very well styled car.

Good vehicle

I very much enjoy my RAV4. The vehicle handles wonderfully, in all weather. Right after I purchased the vehicle I had to make a long trip, and the RAV4 was very comfortable for driving. It's a great size vehicle for my needs. I am very pleased with my selection.

Nice new features. Much quieter than our 2014 Rav4. Handles smoother, I like the displays of the LDA and the clock on the Head. Luda should get a raise. She saved a customer because we were going to look elsewhere .

I love the SUV!! The features on the 2018 are great. I went from a 2014 Camry to the 2018 RAV4. There are so many options to choose from. Parker Toyota has a lot of models and options to choose from. Great vehicle

Love the Rav4, fun to drive, great style, very comfortable to sit in, I think it will be more then comfortable enough on long trips with the kiddo's. My husband was not impressed with the cloth seats. He thought they were not comfortable enough, but loved the leather seats, stated that they were much more comfortable.

It is stylish, comfortable and safe. Love the engine performance. The lack of road noise and smooth ride is incredible. The controls and their ease of use are phenomenal. The sound system and bluetooth are amazing.

I love It!!!!

I absolutely love it! I have had it in the mountains and in the snow and mud already. my kids have way more room then in my car. my dogs enjoy going for rides in it as well. i love the build and the way it drives and handles. very comfortable vehicle for us!

Rave 4 2018

I love the Rave 4. This is my second one. It is comfort and the right size. I am a shorter woman. I really appreciate the cameras and alarms for lanes and objects while backing up especially. It is equally comfortable, with seat adjustments for my tall husband!

Rav4 Hybrid XLE 2018

We love our Rav4! After our first one was totaled by a fallen tree, we knew exactly what we wanted. A Rav4....just a different color this time. It has proven to be a reliable, comfortable vehicle that we can depend on. We love the amount of space it provides for transportation and storage. We have and will continue recommending the Rav4 to our friends and family.
