There’s no place like St Charles Hyundai!!!
After buying my first Hyundai had to get some warranty work done. They got me in and out so fast I just sat back and watch some short clips in their very comfortable waiting area. Will be a faithful returning customer from here on out. Thanks Hyundai for bringing back faith in the dealership world!

St Charles Hyundai staff and manager are crooks! Deceitful and Arrogant! Do not care for vehicle owners even under warranty. Corrupt: best advice stay away!
Hyundai Corporate ITSELF not the dealership made follow up service appointment for warranty repairs to my 2016 Hyundai Hybrid SE bc Engine light returned on right after returned to me and then again engine light came on with now vehicle jerking, stalling! Of note, history is this vehicle has had engine replaced by Hyundai bc engine caught on fire and hybrid battery went dead!
St Charles dealership HOWEVER refused to even allow me to drop of vehicle in service dept unless I agreed to pay 149.00 diagnostic fee and vehicle rental fee! They tried to sell me a new Kia or Hyundai vehicle though? Unreal level of unprofessionalism!
I’m contacting Hyundai Corporate and will let them know the utter disregard this dealership had for Hyundai AND it’s vehicle owners!!
