The new model is not as good as the old

The new design went down compare to my 2017, the air conditioner very bad, you did more space, but sacrifice the quality of old model, transmition not very good, you can feel the transicions very bad compare to old model, very noisy vehicule when on a long road trip... overall I did like more the old model

Love my Tucson 23

I have enjoyed driving my Hyundai Tucson SEL. It has great lumbar support with a high end interior feel. I test drove several other dealership vehicles, but none came close to the superior quality. The vehicle drives very smooth while on highway or freeway, as well as great acceleration. I love the well designed exterior with its sharp angles, it gives my car an edgy feel above the rest. I would definitely purchase a Hyundai again. You can't go wrong with the quality, service depart support and the key remote options are an added bonus!

2023 tuscon

Several small features(?) I don't like. Rear windshield wiper is too small, constantly pinch my finger on gearshift. Center console is too far back and too small to be much use. Don't like that key unlocks all doors at once (safety hazard).

Have had to take it in 2-3x for a noise when turn on ac or heat at this point just dealing with it because it still does it. Nobody seems to know how to fix it.

Good for bopping around

Overall the Tucson has been very reliable. I've no issues with it except the rear end has developed a "clunking" sound and its headed to the shop tomorrow to see if they can figure it out. For value, its good, styling is great, but in the end its a basic vehicle with an underperforming engine.
