Too much stuff to learn. There is stuff NOT NEEDED on there

The car slams the brakes on and u literally almost goes through the windows. I have had 4 neck surgeries and this car has made it worse!! I have 18 screws with a plate in my neck and partial back. I would NEVER HAVE bought this car if they would have explained this to me!! But they didn't and now I am SUFFERING!!!

The only thing I’m not happy with is the engine shut off switch and the brakes logging up if they think you’re too close to a vehicle I’ve been driving for over 50 years. Never had an accident.!

Overall love it!

Love so much about my Tucson. It had great overall comfort and rides smooth. The seats going down mae it great to transport things that are larger. Two minor things that I would note. The windows allow for a little bit more noise when they are up. The second item causes more concern and why I wouldn’t buy out my lease. I have taken it in for service multiple times and mechanics have never found a reason. A lot of times when I take my foot off the gas and slow down, for example when going around a corner and then I step on the gas again the vehicle kicks a bit and there is a hesitation. This may happen 10 times in a day and then be fine the next. No rhyme or reason but does cause concern. Otherwise I love my Tucson and would certainly consider leasing again.

Disappointed

I previously owned two Hyundai cars and was very pleased with both - reliable, no major problems at all. Year and a half ago I purchased 2025 Tucson. It looks good, it’s comfortable, has a lot of safety features I like. But I have been having an ongoing problem from the start with the entertainment screen. I’ve taken it in to be serviced a few times. Sometimes it would be that they can’t replicate the problem and other times they find that the coaxial was loose (or at least that’s what they tell me). Well, the same problem is still happening but now rather than being intermittent., it happens all the time. Just last week I had dropped it off at the service centre and left it for two days so they could work on the problem. When I picked the car up, I drove about 8 miles., and it started happening again . The entertainment screen controls the settings, clock, media/radio, GPS/map, and also the backup camera. So when this goes out, I lose all of the features. Tomorrow I’m supposed to get a call from the dealer service centre to let me know what time this week they will have a loaner car available for me. I hope they call me.

Good car, weak performance, electronic issues

About 2 years into driving this car, I can say I am not pleased with the AC system, as you can never get it “just right” the placement of it doesn’t work. As of late I am noticing a lot of “electronic” glitches. My system will randomly blackout and reboot while I’m driving. Causing my headlights and all inside lights to blackout. This is dangerous and could be bad during the night. This car is very spacious, and the comfort level is ok. Back seats are not comfortable for passengers though. The overall strength of the car is iffy. Sometimes it will idle high and then switch gears late, causing a high rev.

Infotainment System Failure

Going to arbitration under state’s Lemon Law. Hyundai can’t identify and repair repeated failure of the Infotainment system. We’ve owned the vehicle for 97 days and it has been at the dealership for 47 of those days. Hyundai doesn’t want to buy-back the car and cover the costs of getting a replacement.

Mostly Love My Tucson

Mostly love the vehicle as it is exactly what I wanted when I leased it while living in Florida. I do find it a little smaller than my needs at times (if traveling with my dog and two cats along with some suitcases, etc., plus we moved north where there is snow at times and I wish we had gotten an all-wheel, rather than front-wheel, drive vehicle. However, the vehicle runs very well, gets decent gas mileage and we've never had any problem with it.
