accidents due to driver assistance recall and zero help from you
Two accidents in the first year, one within 6 days of buying it, brakes locked in construction zone, got rear ended, then in the winter in February, coming up to a stop again and brakes lock and i slide into vehicle. Both damaged from your recall and I'm being told I'm on my own. I will absolutely tell everyone I know never to purchase with you guys. I've already deterred one and they were thankful. My dashcam even caught the brakes locking on the highway in a thunderstorm. Your car is trash, your company morals are even worse and ya'll have no integrity. I was told my vin didn't have a recall but I have the paper in my house, I immediately contacted you guys once i knew what the issue was and all i get is, Sorry, sucks to be you. I'm also pretty certain the dealership broke my radar off the bracket after it had already been replaced by me, because I asked them to look at the a/c it wasn't pumping cold air, then as soon as I was on the highway, my car wouldn't allow cruise control and said the radar was blocked, I thought the recall issue maybe wasn't resolved until i had to bring it back a second time and now it's magically broken off. My dashcam had the radar working but without the update 6 days before my first appointment and the radar wasn't block then. Now I'm getting a lawyer because all of you are screwing me over. Like I said, I will go out of my way to tell people to steer clear of your company.
