Eckert Service Department is the best
Past experience with auto service centers left me a bit defensive, just waiting for them to sell me a bunch of extras I didn't really need. Eckert Service has never, not once asked me to purchase anything beyond what I needed - not even an air filter! I appreciate being able to relax and know they are going to take care of my car without feeling the need to clean out my wallet. Thank you!

Great service. Fast and efficient.
I am always able to get an appointment time that works for me. Once I arrive, my car is taken in promptly. With the dealership coupons, I end up paying less than national chains that do oil changes. Plus I have the assurance that my car is being serviced by an authorized Hyundai mechanic.

quick and timely
60,000 mile service. I was surprised that really nothing was needed other than oil change and tire rotation. They used
to wash my car every time I cam in but that hasn't happened the last cpl visits

We will be more than happy to wash your vehicle anytime you would like.

Just let the service adviser know on drop off, it is a hand wash and it extends your stay around 20 minutes.

pricing of service
you shouldn't charge so much for service if you don't have a coupon from a computer.
my charge was too much for a regular customer. An oil change was $50.00 plus.
What do you think. Should a regular customer , who has never used anyone except the
dealership, for any service.

Mr. Jones,

   We are currently looking into a less expensive option for oil changes. On your particular car it does require 7 quarts of synthetic blend oil, i will also make sure you get added to our coupon list.

I took my 2019 Santa Fe sport turbo into Eckert Hyundai for a shifting problem. I'd bought the car new a year ago and lately noticed the issue which if it were a standard transmission, felt like popping the clutch, strange for an automatic. Service Manager Don Wheeler wasted no time in helping me, trying first to fix the issue via the software. When this didn't remedy the situation, he determined that replacement of the transmission was in order. Don had service tech Jacob take the ball from there. While it took a little longer than originally anticipated once the replacement transmission arrived (other parts were needed and on backorder), the car now shifts as smoothly and unnoticeably as the Kona loaner I was given. Thanks again guys for resolving this issue!
