Great Job and Super Fast!
Was driving home Monday and my engine made a weird noise and the check engine light came on. Made an appoint and my wife brought it in first thing in the morning. The wiring harness for the engine had a defect or recall...something along those lines. It needed to be replaced. I saw similar instances online and some people said 37 days later their car was still in the shop. Not here. My wife was there for an hour and a half and it was done! Car isn't having any issues and I'd again, thanks for the help Eckert! Appreciate the great job and quick service.

Great service continues
Eckert Hyundai is the ONLY place I trust to service my 2012 Tucson. They have consistently provided excellent, caring service since I purchased this SUV from them. I recommend them to everyone needing service for their Hyundai’s.

Actually listen to female service customers
Bought my car at another dealer who always acted as though I could not possibly tell that my car was presenting mechanical issues. I fired them and coming over to Eckert Hyundai. We own two Hyundai products and will never take them back to the original seller dealer for service even if I broke down right in front of their store.

Happy Santa Fe
I've had my little Santa Fe for 9 years now & it's by far the best car I've ever bought! I've only had it in the shop twice in those 9 years - can you beat that?? You have serviced my car each time, and done it wonderfully. It still gets me down the road & fights off the crazy people on 35 I have to contend with! Thank you for a job well done!

The problem was fixed
It took some time, however, after 2 years, the problem was finally fixed. The service department would keep looking and finally, the problem was located and solved. They never tried to brush me off, each visit, my regular maintenance visits, I would tell them the same story about a certain problem I was having. Each time, they would look a little deeper. It was difficult to pinpoint due to the inconsistency of occurrence.

60000 miles
I went in for my 60,000 service, no hard sell on flushes or other service, I gave the a free hand to review my Santa Fe and they say an oil change / tire rotation was all I needed.

Went out of their way
Eckert Hyundai went out of their way to accommodate my Sonata when I had an urgent issue. They took it in right away and even didn't charge for correcting issues that were "fixed" elsewhere. Forget the other shops and start here first for all of your repair needs. I didn't and learned a valuable lesson.
