Overall good car.

Early on I had issues with my car. For instance, my window would not roll down and the doors wouldn't lock. I had to constantly take it to the dealership for help which was very frustrating because I brought the car brand new. This issue went on over a month. Now, I have issues with starting my car and the heat coming out. Someone from Hyundai did reach out to me weeks later to give me an update (still not fixed) but it is extremely frustrating. My car is new. I should not have this many problems.

Please investigate lithia Hyundai in Odessa they are ruining the name

Everything runs great on it but the service I had done on it only ruined my new car they failed to put any clips under my car and broke multiple brackets underneath the car the Hyundai in Odessa has permanently ruined my service industry faith and will be now doing maintenance myself. I just don’t understand how they can keep doing this an have a 1 star rating an there is no corporate intervention it is sickening I haven’t been able to connect to blue link or anything and they were just supposed to update it I will never be going back there and it it tarnishing the Hyundai name please take the time to read this cause they are ruining the Hyundai name!!!

Beautiful car but horrible customer service.

The car is beautiful but the service is horrible. They broke a piece off of my battery cover and never said anything along with no communication during service. Paint is chipping and the front bumper is soft plastic.

Overall good car.

Really love this car/Hyudani

I lease the Hyundai Sonata, but I really enjoy it so far. I enjoy the brand and the car is so fancy and drives relatively well. I do wish that it drove better in the snow, but that's just a matter of how it's designed and not a reflection of the car quality haha.

Very happy overall

I leased a 2024 sonata sel with HTRAC. I love all the tech features and it’s a great commuter car. Very solid pic if you’re looking for something that’s pretty great. If I had one complaint, it’s that the steering wheel feels REALLY cheap. Which is at odds with the really nice control buttons on the steering wheel itself.

It’s ok.

It’s a little too long, the shift is not easy to get used to, doesn’t feel like I can see vehicles at all angles, changing gears not smooth at times.

Every single one has been great

This is my 3rd Sonata. I absolutely love this make/model. It is both roomy and comfortable for the driver and passengers. It handles very well on the highway. The improved safety features have also improved. My friends and family think I'm driving a luxury vehicle with all that Hyundai offers. I also cannot say enough great things about Route 60 Hyundai in Vero Beach. They sold us our first used one when we had no money, not great credit and were very young. With many years behind us now since then, we could basically pick anything off the lot and they still treat me, a woman and The Buyer/Driver with the utmost respect. I will never go anywhere else.

2024 Hyundai Sonata

Its the first car I have absolutely loved! It's roomy, runs smooth, the seats are comfortable, the smart cruise control and auto lane assist is a big plus. The only downfall I would say is the doors will be locked except for the driver door and I have to open that door to unlock the rest.
