Disappointing Experience

Problems with substandard brake rotors, concerns with the safety of the cruise control malfunctioning, climate control system doesn't maintain the selected operation mode, and uncomfortable seating if you do any long drives. Unfortunately, Hyundai maintenance and Hyundai USA do not have the wherewithal to address the problems.

I loved the Tucson 2021.

I luv the style and the comfort of the Tucson. The gas mileage on the vehicle is excellent. The interior of the vehicle is very comfortable. The sound system in the Suv, has a great high quality sound.

2021 Tucson

Today is my second Anniversary with my Tucson. I absolutely love this car! I still get a thrill when I get in. But the best feeling is the security I feel when I start it. I know it will provide me and whatever combination of passengers I have (family/friends) a smooth, comfortable, and safe trip. Whether it be a quick trip to the grocery store or a long road trip, the reliability is consistent. Great car, great price and great company!

Purchased the Tucson because it best fit my driving experience after driving Elantra so many years. My son is still driving Elantra today.

Purchased vehicle during pandemic so was reluctant to go into dealership. Salesperson came to home with vehicle and was able to drive vehicle taking back to dealership. Was able to complete sale without going into building. Great experience with dealership.

My Tucson

I like the look, feel and performance of my SUV. Very good purchase, I always drove a car and decided to switch over. I like that its AWD it performs very well on a snowy day in Chicago. Very happy with my decision.

Won’t get another

Not happy with the vehicle. First time Tuscan owner. Can’t wait until lease is up want something better. Used to love Hyundai not anymore very disappointed. The car is not a great vehicle I won’t recommend

Third tuscon

Comfortable and functional vehicle. Very reliable. This is our third tuscon. Replaced the first one after major wreck with vehicle flipped over. Walked away unharmed. All have worked well through various conditions and drivers without problems. Has been comfortable even for very long cross country drives

Generally good

I generally like the vehicle with the exception of the road noise factor which I believe is caused by the tires.........I spend $$$$$ on my last Hyundai (2018) but didn't solve the issue. My current vehicle is experiencing same issue at 20000 miles. I expect more from Michelin tires and Hyundai engineering. Will I hear from Hyundai? Probably not! Will I purchase another Hyundai...........???? I am due to buy soon!

2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited

Great car, performs well, good fuel mileage and the sound system is awesome ! I replaced my 1998 Dodge Dakota SLT pickup for this vehicle and it’s been everything I expected. Other than an unexplained battery drain down,(1 time only) it has met my expectations in almost every way.

Still going strong!

I have a 2021 Hyundai Tucson SEL. STILL ENJOYING IT. Hoping to upgrade to a newer model. Waiting to see if there are any new changes to the Tucson body style and any new standard additions. Definitely will go back to Lufkin Hyundai, Lufkin, Texas and speak with Randy Davis. Great salesman.

Love this vehicle

Comfortable, easy to drive and for the most part, good room in the vehicle. Great acceleration and braking. I feel the engineers did a great job designing this vehicle, it has a rich feeling and is smooth and comfortable, it’s so smooth you have to check your speed, to make sure you’re not exceeding the limits.

Reliable and Low on Gass

Always used Hyundai cars. Reliable and fun to drive. Low on gases usage which is important given the gas cost. My only disappointment was that the CD player and built in navigation systems were removed form the 2021 model.

2021 Hyundai Tucson SE

I absolutely love my new white 2021 Hyundai Tucson SE. It was hard to find during covid. I preferred this body style over the newer 2022. Found myself racing with time to locate one as the new 2022 cars were being brought in. I was so tickled when I found one! It has been the most fun car I’ve ever driven. I find myself offering to drive or run errands just for an excuse to be in it. I really noticed a huge difference driving on wet, snowy roads using AWD vs without. Felt much more stable and in control.
