2024 Elantra SE

With this being my first car I’ve bought myself, I don’t really have any complaints. I have the SE trim and I wish I would have upgraded for some extra features, but one thing I wish the SE trim came with is a button to open the trunk on the trunk so I didn’t have to try and grab my keys with my hands full or go into the drivers side. Other than that no complaints.

Economic vehicle

Some interior features like bluetooth carplay is a must. And exterior features like defogger for rear view mirrors is also a must. But overall car is efficient and very economically beneficial.

Good Value

I have been purchasing Hyundai products since 2010. I usually purchase the Sonata but, in 2024, it was way out of my price range. So, U had to settle for the Elantra, I'm hoping that in 2027 I will again be able to afford the Sonata because it is a more comfortable ride. Also, I can only fit four people in the Elantra which doesn't always work for me.

I am extremely satisfied with this vehicle!

This is the 3rd Hyundai I have owned through the years and I have always been satisfied with the quality. This Elantra Limited has a unique design, both inside and outside. The safety features are fantastic. It has 3 driving modes (Standard, Sport, Smart) available to coincide with driving preferences at any given time. It is comfortable for the driver as well as for the passengers. This car handles very well in all Florida weather conditions and gets great gas mileage.

Sleek, smooth, good bang for buck

Only mainline issue with this vehicle was the wired android auto, but this was easily overcome with a third party dongle. Otherwise, this car took great car of me on the road and at the gas pump.

Good for retired coupled

The gas mileage on my Elantra is excellent! We have had 6 Hyundai vehicles with no major problems. The outstanding warranty offers peace of mind. 10 Hyundai vehicles in the immediate family. One had a significant problem and it was taken care of by the warranty. Peace of mind!

Do not recommend

Safety issues: car slams on its breaks when I’m in cruise control, 80mph to 60mph in a split second. The dealer says Hyundai says it’s because I’m driving it in the sunlight… was my car only supposed to be driven at night?? Seatbelt locks so you can’t even turn to look in your blind spot. The road noise sounds like you bought a jeep instead of a car. Apple car play is only through USB, that struggles staying connected. Dealer told me it wasn’t just USB, they lied, but on me for not looking into it more
