Good overall vehicle

At my age (88) I don't need anything more extensive in capabilities than the Sonata. It's a reliable car for the limited driving I do. Ample trunk space, good sound system and overall, very comfortable.

I loved the color and the driving experience

I was really disappointed that the dealer I went back to where I leased my original car didn't have the same color available. I wish the dealer would ofbtried harder to accommodate my wish to get the same color

Great Vehicle

My husband and I both enjoy driving our 2021 Hyundai Sonata! It is a beautiful car! Very eye catching!! No complaints or problems with it!! This is our third Hyundai that we have leased! Plan on looking for another good deal with Hyundai when our lease is up! Current lease expires June 2024.

Exceptional Vehicle

I have had several Sonatas since 2000. They have all been wonderful vehicles. The 2021 hybrid is averaging 48-50 mpg. Can't beat that. Love the bells and whistles.

My 4th consecutive 3-year Sonata lease ... still loving the vehicle

I used to get Dodge Intrepids every 3-4 years. When they stopped making them, I did a lot of vehicle research and settled on the Hyundai Sonata hybrid. I am nearing the end of my 4th 3-year lease, and will almost certainly get a 5th Sonata when the current lease expires later this year.

Honestly a great vehicle!

Like many other vehicle, this one has its pros and cons BUT depending the other user and their preferences, the cons are of VERY minimalistic concerns. Overall, it vehicle drives and feels FANTASTIC on the road, no matter when it rains or even snows!

Pretty good at everything.

It doesn't have the name recognition of its two main competitors, but it does everything almost as well. it's spacious, economical, drives well, and in three years, I haven't had a single issue. It's not the best, but it's not as pricey as it's competitors either.

Best Car Ever

This was easily the best car I have ever bought. It gets very good fuel mileage, the safety features are amazing and in my opinion it looks great. It's also a very comfortable car to drive. What else could you want?

Efficient fun and fast

Overall vehicle gives a unique but current design. Great fuel economy for such a peppy car. Great audio and infotainment system. Handling in bad weather such as rain and snow can be tricky due to turbo kick in low gear and low profile perfornance tires. Great for in town as well as out of town driving. Roomy enough for four full sized adults for a day or weekend trip. Not recommended for long week trips with four full adults. Can become uncomfortable for back seat passengers due to no back angle adjustments

2 Year Review

I've now had the car for 2 years. The only complaint I have is a current one: The radio stopped working. No terrestrial or satellite will work. The radio just refuses to come on. All other functions work as normal. And my dealership can't get me in until the end of July.. Other than that, I love the N-Line. Fast, functional, ok gas mileage, beautifully designed.

New car purchase

It's a great car, but the dealership service is terrible. The features of the vehicle enhance the comfort of the ride. Gas mileage is good. The only downside is the after-sale service provided by the dealer. Waiting weeks and months for warranty work or needed repairs is terrible.

Unsatisfied

May be the Hyundai has produced a good car but a people at the both dealerships are very unprofessional. Complaint issues range from problems with the electrical system, wheels and tires, and brakes that malfunction, to sunroofs that explode unexpectedly.

The car is great, but the service from Hyundai is terrible.

Hyundai sold me a number of pre-paid oil change/tire rotations when I bought my car. When I went to the dealership for service for an oil change, it was about a 50/50 chance they would actually rotate the tires as well. What has soured me on Hyundai as a company is their inability to perform safety recall work which leaves me driving an unsafe car. I was told the dealership would need my new $35,000 car for a week to perform safety recall work, but would not provide me with a replacement car to drive while they kept my car for a week. I am not in a position to be without a car for a week, so I am unable to have the safety recall work performed. The worst was when they told me they had a loaner car for me and to bring my car in for the safety recall work. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership,. only to be told that they in fact did not have a loaner car for me and I drove all the way out there for nothing.

Decent vehicle if you get the Hybrid Sonata with the solar roof

Great Gas Mileage if you drive it slow and steady tricking the car into electric mode as often as possible. NAV system is a nightmare. you have to manually update it. My 2015 Audi had over-the-air updates. Hard to maintain and the dealers seem not to like to sell Sedans, only SUVs.

2021 Sonata SE

The Sonata is a great car. Very spacious with more than enough room for me and my two little ones. Trunk space is great as well. Other than that, the Sonata is great on gas!! That’s one thing I miss about the car after trading it in. During the time I had it, I had no major issues whatsoever. I kept up on the maintenance and had no complaints.

Great choice

Love, love the Sonata. Has more bells and whistles than expected and than I have had time to try. Very quiet and smooth driving, and wonderful gas mileage. Very spacious trunk. Ease of storage when shopping. Very comfortable in all seats even for tall people. Lots of leg room.

This car is Great. When I need to move, it moves. The Cruise Control is Awesome, really like that it keeps a safe distance from the other cars in front of me. This automobile is a great Automobile. Thank you for making one for me.
