Stay away from Hyundai

I had 5 Hyundai vehicles so far. This is definitely my last Hyundai. The quality is poor at best. No power, no acceleration, terrible shifter, etc. for 33k this is a highway robbery. I’ve owned 28 cars in the past 26 years, and this is by far the worst vehicle. I always buy new, never lease and taking car of my cars but this one I want to burn it. That’s how bad it is. On top of everything, good luck getting any decent offers if you try to trade it. Now I know why. Good luck and find yourself a different vehicle. I think any other vehicle than Hyundai will be better.

not worth it

the tire warranty is a scam that nobody supports. the dealerships lie to you about it customer service and corporate doesnt help you the screen shuts off while driving the material in car is poor quality

Please investigate lithia Hyundai in Odessa they are ruining the name

Everything runs great on it but the service I had done on it only ruined my new car they failed to put any clips under my car and broke multiple brackets underneath the car the Hyundai in Odessa has permanently ruined my service industry faith and will be now doing maintenance myself. I just don’t understand how they can keep doing this an have a 1 star rating an there is no corporate intervention it is sickening I haven’t been able to connect to blue link or anything and they were just supposed to update it I will never be going back there and it it tarnishing the Hyundai name please take the time to read this cause they are ruining the Hyundai name!!!

Beautiful car but horrible customer service.

The car is beautiful but the service is horrible. They broke a piece off of my battery cover and never said anything along with no communication during service. Paint is chipping and the front bumper is soft plastic.

Overall good car.

Early on I had issues with my car. For instance, my window would not roll down and the doors wouldn't lock. I had to constantly take it to the dealership for help which was very frustrating because I brought the car brand new. This issue went on over a month. Now, I have issues with starting my car and the heat coming out. Someone from Hyundai did reach out to me weeks later to give me an update (still not fixed) but it is extremely frustrating. My car is new. I should not have this many problems.

Really love this car/Hyudani

I lease the Hyundai Sonata, but I really enjoy it so far. I enjoy the brand and the car is so fancy and drives relatively well. I do wish that it drove better in the snow, but that's just a matter of how it's designed and not a reflection of the car quality haha.

Very happy overall

I leased a 2024 sonata sel with HTRAC. I love all the tech features and it’s a great commuter car. Very solid pic if you’re looking for something that’s pretty great. If I had one complaint, it’s that the steering wheel feels REALLY cheap. Which is at odds with the really nice control buttons on the steering wheel itself.
