Great purchase!

Was not interested in purchasing a Hyundai but did some research and found they had a very high safety rating as well as warranty. Was set on purchasing another manufacturer vehicle but once I did the test drive, I was sold. The manager of the dealership sat down with me and listened very intently as to why I felt the Hyundai brand was "trash" and I was not interested in buying one. He responded very professionally and graciously to each of my comments and then said "I encourage you to go to as many dealerships, review their offers and test drive any vehicle." I did just that, but came back to buy the Hyundai. Not one regret.

Hi Tech Vehicle

Well-built comfortable car. Engine/transmission could run smoother under acceleration. Very high tech control panel-takes a lot of getting used to when compared to my previous more basic vehicles.

Nice sized and comfortable

I like my Sante Fe but it doesn’t overwhelm me with how great it is. It sometimes pauses when I’m trying to excelerate which isn’t safe and it’s annoying. I also really dislike the engine shut off when stopped.

Awesome Vehicle

I have only had Hyundai vehicles since I started driving, this Santa Fe is my favorite so far. The comfort, style, versatility and, most importantly, safety, were key elements when deciding on a new car. Love my Santa Fe!!

Great safety features

Overall I am very happy with my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy It rides well and has great pickup. It is comfortable and has tons of safety features. There have been a few hiccups that have come up. odd things that happen and go away. for instance sometimes when I turn my car off it turns back on partially...just the engine running softly....but everything is off.... then 99 percent of the time it turns off correctly. Also i had a safety feature that was not working when i was t of town...the rear person or vehicle alert was not working....then after a few days it started working again. ONe thing I will say is that i wont be upgrading to the new santa fe as it looks way too boxy for me. a box on wheels.

Below average

Hyundai’s reputation as an unreliable vehicle maker is justified. Purchased my 2023 Hyundai calligraphy new. Let me first say all the great things about this vehicle. It has many great options and very luxury interior, however that’s where it ends. The motor is non responsive and often would hesitate. Critical vehicle failure light came on at 50,000 miles on it. All services was performed at the Hyundai dealership. The car was sub average and traded it for a 2025 Lexus.

Super Fun to Drive

My wife and I really like this vehicle. It's fun to drive and with lots of extra like AC seats and not just heated seats. Very peppy and always gives me the confidence to pass, even on a hill, but always safely.
