A truly fine ride

My 2023 Santa Fe is a joy to drive. I love all the bells and whistles which came with my car. Even my bride, who has an Ionic 6 is jealous!

Eh, subpar at best

Overall the 23’ Sante Fe is just okay. It’s cheap build quality, cramped interior feel, poor quality plastics, terrible gas milage, terrible performance, and sub-par AWD system leave much to be desired. Throw in horrible resale value and your better off getting a Honda or Toyota.

Great vehicle with one issue

I like everything about the vehicle except one thing. The front brake rotors keep warping. They have resurfaced them twice at 18,000 miles. They should have been replaced after being resurfaced once. I brought this up to the dealer and Hyundai customer service and neither seems to care about it. I currently own 2 Hyundai's. I'm not sure if I will buy another one because of this.

2023 Santa Fe Smooth Ride

We are a family of 2 and sometimes 5 (when the grandson and friends join us). Our Santa Fe is roomy and smooth. It doesn't have the fastest start-up but we are not racing anyone. We are thinking of trading for 2026 but we love what we have now. The trunk is spacious.

Love the car despite minor issues

Great comfortable ride, good gas milage, love the electronic/safety features. Had terrible dealer issues and changed dealerships. Electronics settings seem to change though after I take it in for service - like they do factory resets or when your phone updates.

I am very disappointed that there is no spare or doughnut for this vehicle had I realized it I would’ve never purchased it!! Picture having a blowout along the I-95 corridor during the night!

Could be better.

This vehicle is roomy and comfortable. And I usually enjoy driving it. But, twice upon attempting to start the vehicle I had a dead key, nothing. Would not crank, would not respond to any inputs (door locks, windows, radio, headlights, etc.). Had to call for service both times, eventually successful. However the root cause is unknown. Additionally, lately, the vehicle is sluggish upon acceleration, and the passenger side window does not respond well from the drivers side controls.
