There needs to be better ventilation in the back seat area.

The computer software needs to be improved for the screen. More head and leg room needed for all seats.

Beautiful luxurious feeling vehicle. Could be some improvement on the Panoramic window for more ventilation. Lower part of the drivers seat gets a little uncomfortable. Overall beautiful roomy car. AWD is wonderful!

I love my car and wish the model hadnt changed

I am in the 3rd year of driving this car. It took a little getting used to at first as it was different than my 2014 Santa Fe Sport. I have grown to love it and cannot imagine driving another car. It is nearly perfect for my needs and wants in an automobile. I love the technology it has. My favorite thing is the blind spot camera that comes on with your turn signal. I like the advanced cruise control capabilities for long trips. I enjoy the sound my Harmon Kardon system produces. The seats and ride are very comfortable. I feel the acceleration with the turbo engine is energetic and smooth. I like the size of the backseat leg room and frequently get positive feedback on this. I really enjoy the panoramic sunroof. The trunk space is perfect for my needs, especially traveling with 2 65lb dogs. The under trunk storage is another favorite feature of mine. Some downsides are the infotainment system can be buggy and slow at times. The over the air updates always make this worse and take forever. Ive had my OEM crossrails replaced once already and about to be a second as they come loose and rattle. The Bluelink also intermittently has issues between the car and the app. I Love however that I can start my car from my phone, especially when its hot or cold outside. The heated and cooled seats are another favorite and function well. So does the heated steering wheel. The safety features are great but tend not to work during snow storms which is unfortunate due to sensors being blocked by snow. I get decent gas mileage. I wish a car of this level had wireless android auto and did not require plugging in.

No Torque, No Power

Unfortunately, the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe lacks sufficient torque and power when accelerating, which makes it unsafe in situations that require an immediate response. For this reason, I will not be purchasing another Hyundai, as all of their models use 4-cylinder engines and present the same danger.
