Excessive road noise even on smooth roads. Image from rear-view camera is blurry and out of focus. Great sound system but difficult to program. Key-less entry is not the best idea. Would prefer having to us a key

2013 Hyundai

It has all the features I will ever need. I hope to keep it for the rest of my driving days. I will be 87 years old next month. I still don't have 30000 miles on it and it looks brand new. You might say I am still breaking it in.

Great car

The car has been reliable and when engine needed replacement they took good care of me. Needs illumination on driver door buttons. Seat needs to adjust higher for driver. Blind spots need to be addressed.

I just love every thing about my car. it warms up so fast and is so easy to drive. The seats are such that you can be comfortable by just pressing a button and the heating system is wonderful being able to heat the seats front or back

Awesome

This has been the best car I have ever owned. I don't want to say never but......with this being the best car I have ever owned and I have only owned new cars, never used, I don't think I would switch from a Hyundai! The style, quality and reliability are far better then any car I have ever owned.

Terrible Sound System

We like the vehicle enough but the sound/gps/back-up camera system has been replaced once and needs to be replaced again. We had no air conditioning for 2-1/2 years because there was a leak in a hose.

2013 Hyunda Sonata

My wife loves driving this car. She feels comfortable with the interior make up and the ease of driving. Because my wife is not tall, she usually has issues looking over the dashboard scoop and seeing the front of the car. However, the 2013 Sonata has a flat scoop, making it easier for her to see (Newer Sonata I've seen had higher scoops and could be an issue when we look for a newer car). Reliability was good, but we had a few issues. However, the long warranty (we also had an extended warranty), took car of most of our issues. Also, the 2013 Sonata came with a lot of features, for the price paid the car.

Great automobile!

My Sonata has been an excellent car since purchased new! Had an engine issue but it was covered. Service department was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way during service. I would recommend a Sonata to everyone!

Love, love my 2013

Great car! I love the color, the styling. Drives awesome. I am not real sure I like the new styles as well as my 2013. I do think the new features on the new cars are wonderful, back up warnings, lane changing. Warnings for the blindside. Etc

This is my third Sonata. The style is terrific, the maintenance is easy. The car is a pleasure to drive. This model has a large enough trunk for luggage when traveling, and enough leg room in the back seat for my passengers. Hyundai is dependable to keep up with the times in style and performance.

I love love my my 2013 sonata I’ve had her for 7 hrs now with very minimal service musta few recalls and 1 repair under my extended warranty which was a breeze I also purchased another vehicle a Tucsaon because I just love the Hyundai family

2013 Sonata Limited

This vehicle has been a pleasure to drive around. In my line of work I'm constantly traveling throughout the day and this vehicle is plenty efficient on gas consumption. The interior of this vehicle is spacious and relaxing which is great for everyone that comes in and out of my vehicle daily. The best surprise after purchasing my vehicle was the rear heated seats. My brothers luxury vehicle that he boasts about doesn't have those! The only thing missing from this vehicle that would make it perfect would be a touchscreen display with backup camera. I would but a new Sonata just because of my experience with this one!

Service Dept. provides timely, helpful and friendly service. Their waiting area is well maintained and Receptionist is personable and friendly. Our appointment was for 7a and we back on the road by 8a. Great job!

I have 191 thousand miles on my car. I am looking at the new 2020 Sonata. Have never had any major problems; just regular maintenance. Great bang for the buck Loved the car. Had many compliments. No other issues at all

Is very satisfied

Havent' had any issues up to the last, Engine replacement. Overall , has been an excellent car. Great gas mileage. Very comfortable on long trips. Minimal recalls of minor issues. Aside from passenger seat being too low, I would purchase another in the future.

Great car

The gas milage was a feature I liked very much, These seats are comfortable after some years ,but it's starts to loose some of it's firmness after about 5 years. .It seems like the tire rods on this vehicle goes out real quickly, thank goodness for the best warranty out their in the auto industry.Other than basic maintenance, not a lot problems out this car.

2013 Sonata

I would not recommend this car to any one. I had it 6 months and the clear cost started peeling off. It will not charge my cell phone unless I buy a $40.00 charger which I refuse to do. The engine went it at 67000 miles. Which was paid for by Hyundai and the cost of the rental. My drivers window button broke do the window goes up and down on its own.

Plastic Part in Starter

I really like my 2013 Sonata, it was my first new car. I have worked in the automotive field for 40 years and the Sonata has not given any problems at all until just the other day. I went out to leave and the starter had an issue and the car would not start. After checking online i was amazed to find out the the lever was the problem. The reason that the lever failed was because it is made out of plastic. Plastic, unbelievable. $322.00 to replace a piece of plastic that should never had been used in the starter. I would have been happy to spend 2 more dollars so that a metal lever could have been used. I'm not impressed to say the least that at 56,400 miles the a plastic lever put me out of commission.
