Issue with the climate control start eight months after I bought it
Eight months after I purchased this car new Hyundai had a required software update. It worked perfectly prior to that update after that update. It stopped working. I probably called 30 times on this issue in the last year. It’s coming up on a year now since the issue has occurred. I keep being told someone will be calling me back I never hear back from anybody very disappointing and yet it’s still not working. Took it to the dealership twice. They said it was a software issue and to get a hold of Hyundai, the software that Hyundai said had to be installed and since then climate control has not worked they live in Arizona temperatures are very warm down here and that’s why I bought the Hyundai. This is my third one since 2021 purchased no issues with any other cars except this one nobody can seem to figure out a software update that will fix it and nobody will contact me so I’m very very disappointed with Hyundai support at this time this may be the last one. I will know if they cannot get this fixed, but nobody wants to seem to communicate to get it resolved. I’ve called several times. Keep being told someone to call me back within 5 to 7 business days haven’t heard from anybody almost a year since this issue occurred.
