I love my Tucson.

No complaints really. Has pretty much everything I need and drives well. The only thing I don't like is the weak acceleration. Does not really have much get up and go, but not a huge issue in my case.

A lot of issues

Our Tucson had a lot of issues. Our interaction with the Hyundai service department at 2 different dealers was awful. The response from Hyundai corporate was dismissive. It is lucky we leased it because we aren’t stuck with it. All around unpleasant experience.

Love My Tucson - affordable SEL trim package has everything I wanted

The SEL trim package is affordable and has everything I wanted. Love the exterior styling and the interior is laid out perfectly. I like the car so much I am considering buying the same when I replace my second car.

Excellent vehicle. No problems.

Great car. Excellent mpg( averaged 38 mpg on trips). Had zero problem over total lease. Dealership was great to deal with, responsive to my needs and questions. Traded this car in and leased a new 2025 Tucson.

Hyundai Tucson XRT

The car is nice and I get a lot of compliments on it. I particularly like that the XRT model has some more features than the base Tucson, which is nice (although I wish it included a heating steering wheel). The car has slow pick up and acceleration - it is not very fast. I think it is important to mention that I did have some engine computer problems with this model. I also had a recall on the light for the tow hitch area of the vehicle, so my turn signal was not working. Due to both of these problems, the car was in the shop for two different occasions and I was without a car for over a week for them to update and repair, which was frustrating since this was a brand new car. The car has a decent amount of space and is roomy for a small SUV and it has an awesome amount of trunk space!

Love the Tucson except…

The radio and alert sounds randomly stop. The only way to get it back is to disconnect the battery for a minute and then reconnnect. It had happened 3 times since I bought the car. Very inconvenient and dangerous when safety alert sounds cease to alert.

This is an excellent car and compares well with some of the luxury cars that I have driven. I love the vehicle has pulled away feature along with the back up feature. The lane monitor is great, and I love everything about this car.

Tucson SEL 5 ⭐️

This Tucson is very Roomy and comfortable for all 5 passengers. It drives very quietly and smoothly. It heats and cools effectively. The warning system is very helpful. I have no complaints about the SEL model.

Car is good but Way too many issues

The car is great, but too many issues that you need to really watch for. 1 is the chep materials used on the interior bubbles and falls apart my gears shift has been replace 3 times, tailight once. But the most costly thing that yoou get stuck with is poor quality tires mine had less than 11000 miles on them and 1 had to be replaced due to a defect in the tire. Do you think Hyundai wanted to take care of it no I had to pay for a new tire.

Ok car for the price

The cars features are nice for the price. The power is underwhelming, the ride on the highway is loud. The radio will have no sound and we have to disconnect to battery to get it working again. Decent gas mileage.

Love my car!

I did a lot of research and comparison before I chose this car and I don’t regret it at all! The features you get for the money are all very useful and awesome. The quality of the cameras is also really good. Everyone comments on the great space they have in the backseat.

Great vehicle

I really love my Tucson. I had a Nissan Sentra prior, which I also loved but needed a 4WD vehicle. The Tucson is a good size vehicle that I feel comfortable driving safely, as it's not an overpowering vehicle.

Hyundai lied on the window tag

This vehicle was supposed to have digital key that works with iPhone. It said so on the window tag. They never released the feature which is why I bought the car. Also squeaky plastic everywhere. The dealership said Hyundai corporate messed up with the 2022 and there is nothing they can do. The vehicle overall hasn’t broken down yet or anything. And you can’t beat the warranty. But the fact the car play dies, and again 2022’s can’t be fixed. The digital key does work and yet the 2023’s have no issues. I don’t understand why I couldn’t trade in for a 2023.

I won't buy another hyundai.

Underpowered. Thermostat module stuck open in December. I couldn't get into stew hansen for 2 months so I took it to local shop and paid for repair myself. Mpg less then expected. Sucks in a lot of dust at bottom of rear doors. The info screen doesn't work sometimes. Original tires were not good on snow or rock roads.

electrical problems radio has only worked for 6 months of 2 1/2 years

dome light stays on, radio doesn't work even after 3 attempts to make a repair. back up camera stays on for 30 seconds, this started after 1 repair attempt. sluggish acceleration. The seats are comfortable and the windows work i shouldn't complain i guess.

This is my second Tucson and I am happy with my 2022.

A couple of features that I've been disappointed in - the inability to lock the doors before you get out of the vehicle. Having to use the fob to lock them is cumbersome. I also do not like the design of the back windshield wiper. I doesn't clean the majority of the window.

So far very reliable, no known issue

Car rides and handles well, the certified Preowned was the better buy, than new. Got the upgraded convience package, gas mileage is about average. The AWD system works well in heavy rain and snow. Overall the car with the upgraded package with 19 ‘ wheels , heated and cooled seats is the best option.

My Tucson is fantastic. I’ve had the car since I bought it brand new in 2022. It’s comfortable, spacious and does a great job in the snow. Hyundai has come a very long way. I will definitely be purchasing more Hyundais in the future.
