Unexpected billing
It was notified about the basic costs such as the information sheet, but it was difficult for a non-English native person like me to charge for the same bill as the basic diagnostic fee without any explanation. I was embarrassed by the results that included the basic cost, although I did not receive a lot of repairs, but I had to pay the bill. I do not want to complain, but I would like to comment here that it would have been better if there had been guidance on basic costs from the beginning.
