Great overall vehicle for the money

I truly enjoy driving my Santa Fe, it's comfortable and handles well. I love the shift paddles on the steering wheel especially in bad weather (snow).

Bluestar (A Hyunsdai owned company) is the WORST ! Horriable customer Service The system has many gliches and errors. I would really heistate buying another Hyundai if the keep Bluestar as is!!

Windshield not original equipment.

Dealership accused me of replacing the windshield during a routine oil change appointment. Dealership checked Carfax and it was replaced prior to me leasing the vehicle. No apology from dealership. When lease is up in December 2026 I will NOT be leasing another Hyundai vehicle. This is my 3rd or 4th leased vehicle with Hyundai and it will be my last.

Loyal customer but disappointed in reliability

I have been a loyal Hyundai customer for over 15 years and have purchase 5 Santa Fe's. I have been please with all of my past SUV's but my current 2023 Santa Fe has had too many problems, mostly with the transmission. My next vehicle will probably not be a Hyundai.
