Good value but not a great ride

I have only had the vehicle for a year and there are so many issues with the vehicle. No one can figure anything out with service and just say that’s the way it is. I will look for another vehicle in the next couple years.

Unreliable & Unsafe

Traded in a 2024 Santa fe AWD gas due to transmission issues. 2025 also exhibited intermittent transmission issues that couldn't be “duplicated” at dealership until they miraculously got it approved for a transmission replacement after 9 months, 14,800 miles after the state lemon law expired and Hyundai refused to repurchase vehicle because of lack of proper documentation. Still going through motions to have the vehicle re purchased meanwhile making car payments and full cover insurance when the car is still at dealership because I feel it’s unsafe to continue to operate.

The vehicle is performing well

The vehicle has been performing well, although the connection between my iPhone and the car has been an issue. Multiple times I am connected and exit the car and return and I have to delete the phone and re- install to get back the connection. I. Have also encountered about 3-4 times where the vehicle will not start and I have to start it with the remote or the app.

PROBLEMS with Bluetooth Sound and Connection to Cellphone POOR!!!

The quality of the Bluetooth is VERY poor and people can barely hear me when the Car's Bluetooth picks up the call. Also the Self driving Mode does not work properly and I'm certain if left to guide the vehicle, there would definitely be a Crash!!!

It’s Got it All!

I love my Santa Fe! This vehicle has everything I wanted. Lots of interior space for hauling, 3rd row seating, it handles like a car, while having the stature of an SUV. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

2025 Santa Fe

The vehicle size and 3 rows of seats are great. It has considerable road noise on concrete pavement but is quiet on asphalt. The dash vents point directly into the front seat passengers faces and cannot be completely redirected without shutting them off. The worst item about the vehicle is the turbo-lag. It is dangerous particularly on a grade when the engine stops and must be restarted. There is a dangerous lag until the turbo spools up. The small engine is insufficient on any grade without the turbo assist. It is also impossible to make quick starts if necessary. The turbo-lag associated with the small 4 cylinder engine is a serious design error that is also dangerous.

I have been extremely impressed with my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe so far. The interior is outstanding. Modern, spacious, & clearly designed with comfort & quality in mind. The technology is another highlight, with a large intuitive display, adjustable ambient lighting, heads up display, smart cruise control & remote smart parking assist to name a few. For the price point, the Santa Fe offers exceptional value compared to many other midsize SUVs. The warranty & maintenance coverage also provide peace of mind. The vehicle comes with a 5-year/60,000-mile basic warranty, a 10-year/100,000-mile power train warranty, & complimentary maintenance for the first 3 years/36,000 miles. Overall, the 2025 Santa Fe delivers a premium feel, excellent technology, & strong value.

Transmission replaced and still not correct. Hate engine shutting down then restarting.
