MY Santa FE

I love, love, love my Santa Fe. My gripe is with the interior design It is an 07 and has the console for the TV in the middle with the controls at the back. My grandchildren as they sat in their high chairs in the back of the vehicle kicked out that stuff, and it has been inoperable for a while. Apart from that I love the way my car drives, It accelerates beautifully, one of my sons describes the acceleration as "Get up and Go" and I have not had to spend much on repairs, and I drive that baby a lot. It is good on the snow, recommend the car and when this one dies. I plan on getting another one.

My Sante Fe

I really do like my Santa Fe, it's roomy inside but not bulky to drive or park. I like the visibility from inside the vehicle (windows are good size, not too small). I like sitting up high, it makes it easier to see what's going on around you while you drive. It's a nice ride and the body style is also appealing.

Dependable, comfortable, and beautiful!

We all love the Hyundai Santa Fe. When the whole family goes somewhere we have plenty of room and can even separate the kids, if needed.

2007 Santa Fe

I wont buy another Hyundai, only way to keep the 100,000mile warranty is to pay for services at certain mileages that are WAY over priced, Tranny flush, radiator flushes that I can do my self which I did, at 97,000 I had to replace most of the steering component's, I.E. struts, lower ball joints, tie rod ends, stabilizer rod ends and the rear shocks, 3 window regulators that the cables either broke or motors quit, lower control arms are junk, basically formed sheet metal, never seen anything made so cheap!!! The parts I bought and replaced are much better after market parts made from steel and not plastic!!! also had to replace the fuel pump at 55,000 miles,Never again !!! I just hope it makes another 3-4 years before it falls apart!!! Curious to see if Hyundai actually post this review, I don't see to many negative reviews posted which I find hard to believe all of them are positive.

Perfect family vehicle

Our 07 Hyundai Santa Fe is very aggressive in the snow and a very snappy ride on the highway. We wouldn't want any other vehicle to drive our 3 children around in the winter!

Hyundai Santa Fe exceptional

I bought the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe almost 10 years ago in Albuquerque, NM. Two colleagues had already purchased the SE All Wheel Drive model and highly recommended it, to ensure we had safe travel to and from the several NM ski areas that we visited during the ski season. One of the first SUVs with 18" wheels, we found this vehicle to be easy to drive, comfortable, and very reassuring when driving on NM's winter roads. My concerns about potential problems with AWD were allayed by the Hyundai 10 Year/100,000 mile power train warrranty. The vehicle is currently at 98,000 miles and the only repair other than routine maintenace was a left front upper ball joint. My spouse is a confirmed Hyundai fan, loves the heated heats, and really feels safe when driving the crowded tollways, freeways and surface streets. When it's time to replace the '07 it will be with another Santa Fe--model to be determined by what will fit into the ridiculously small space that North Texas home-builders call a garage.

great car but repeated recall issue

Have loved my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Lots of space. Love my heated leather seats. Few problems until it reached 100,000 miles. Then things started needing replacement or repair. This particular year has a recall issue with rocker cover gasket. I've had it replaced four times free of charge by Hyundai. They've had to replace alternator twice due to this problem. Oil leaks out of gasket all over alternator. They can't seem to get a decent part. So buyer beware. Too bad. It's such a great car but I'm trading it in due to this issue.

Love my car. Wish the cabin/ road noise could be less. Headlights get scratched easily and can not be buffed out which diminishes the level of light at night.
