This is probably the worst vehicle I have owned since the 80's

This is not a great vehicle. Bells and whistles except when you really need it. I would never buy another Hyundai again. And, the dealer is worthless too.

Almost a 5 Star, but needs a few improvements.

The lower screen is tilted and gets too much sunlight to read. Also, the print and lights are too small and difficult to see. An example is outside/inside air-can hardly see which is on. The passenger seat is not comfortable. It should have back support adjustments. The tailgate opens sometimes when I walk by it, and doesn't open when I need it to. Also need an a/c control and a separate vent for the first row of passengers.

Incredible vehicle at a great cost

I’ve had the 2024 Santa Fe XRT since March 2024 and have experienced nothing but a very fun, comfortable, family orientated vehicle. The value you get for the cost is unbeatable.

Poor infortainment system

The vehicle mechanically and visually is very good. The Interior is very nice and roomy. The infotainment system has bugs/deficiencies which I have brought to the attention of Hyundai but that have not been addressed.

I loved it until this week!

My car had to be towed to the dealership yesterday. The car started updating without me realizing and when I tried to start the car it made the update fail. I’m still waiting to figure out what’s going on but it appears that major computer stuff will need to be replaced. Doesn’t make me very confident about a 1 year old car with less than 20k miles

Not reliable and possibly dangerous.

I am in the lemon review process. I have been a lifelong customer of Kia and Hyundai. If they buy back my vehicle, I will consider staying. If not, I’m gone.

I’ve had my 2024 Santa Fe since April 2024. No major issues. Only minor issue is the tire pressure monitor light error code. Everything else is above par. The infotainment is amazing and intuitive. Read the manual or YouTube it if you’re lazy.

Great car

Purchased this car about a year and a half ago. So far the car has been great! Handles the weather well, good fuel efficiency, and, great cargo room. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed the car. The only con I have experienced with this car, has to do with the acceleration, it has some pep, but a ton.

Great - Except Fan Starts Running at Random After Engine Shutdown

The car is great overall EXCEPT sometimes the fan starts running after the engine is shut off. You stop the engine and leave the car with the fan not running. Come back to the car to get something a few minutes later and the fan is running. This happens infrequently but enough to be noticeable. Sometimes it's hot out, sometimes it isn't. I've asked the dealership twice at regular maintenance service visits and they have no idea. Is this a deal breaker on a future purchase? Probably.
