2024 Santa Fe

This is a great vehicle but there appears to be a design issue with the brakes. The car shudders violently when brakes are applied at highway speeds. I asked the service department at my dealership about the issues and they claimed to have no awareness of this issue but there are many consumers on internet with similar complaints.

Dependable and roomy

The Hyundai Sante Fe XRT is very roomy and has the luxury feel without the luxury price. We love the options and the dependability is in the name. This is our second Sante Fe and will not be the last.

Constant issues and repairs

The technology and inside capabilities are an 8/10, but reliability is next to zero. Ive owned this car for less than 7 months and it has been in the dealership CONSTANTLY. At least four or five times. Repeated recalls, check engine lights, oil leak, mounting issue, and again today for the check engine light again and unknown problem. Would NOT recommend.

Excellent car

I waited a long time for the boxy shape to come back in style and for driver assist features to become affordable. This car has it all. Very comfortable and reliable. Many thoughtful design features and solidly put together. Economical to operate and maintain. Price was competitive for vehicles of similar class and features. I am happy with my local Hyundai deslership, this is the fourth car I have bought from them.

Love/ hate relationship

I have a 2024 Santa Fe Limited. The room on the interior is great. I love the shape I live in New York and it did surprisingly well with the snow. It’s a comfortable drive, but for me some of the cons I wish they will fix in the future certain areas my biggest complaint is the power it needs more horsepower also mine hesitates for at least 2 to 3 seconds on acceleration. I don’t know if it is a low torque or transmission, but that definitely needs to get improved. Also the breaking for me sometimes feels as it grabs when it should be smooth of course the styling I wish they would put body colored cladding on the wheel wells on the higher trims, maybe with a little flare, not so straight down like my window trim feel cheap. You could see where they cut corners,

Warranty nightmare. Drive train issues. Trans replaced at 21,000 miles. At 33,000 back in the shop with drive train noise they cannot figure out, for the second time

We bought the 1st new style year. Had problems with the charging port within the first 8 months (was in the shop for over 2 months waiting for the part to come in; then had 2 recalls. Style is great, room and features are nice, but could have done without the mechanical issues
