It’s a lemon

Besides defective tires which they won’t replace, 3 dead batteries from the radio unit which is still defective, annoying driver assistance warnings, and ongoing vibration, and very poor customer service from the selling dealer and Hyundai corporate, I love everything else about this S 2024 Santa fe

2nd Santa Fe

Our 2nd Santa Fe purchased new. First was a 12' also purchased new with 3.5L V-6. Was concerned with the idea of a 2.5L Turbo until I drove it. the 24 is a much smooter ride with 12 years of technical innovations. After driving one, only complaint is having not bought the hy-bred.

Love the style

This is my favorite care ever! It drives me as much as it I drive it. I love the safety features and the comfort physically in it.

Comfortable & easy to drive but has some issues.

The Santa Fe has very comfortable seats and easy to drive. The turning radius is excellent however the road noise is higher than I would prefer. Maybe better tires will make a difference. The 4 cylinder seems to struggle at times. Today the blinker ticking, radio and any sound interior noise that the vehicle normally makes has stopped. Have an appointment with dealer tomorrow so hopefully that issue will be taken care of.

2024 Hyundai Santa Fe

I have purchased Santa Fe's many times, however I love the design of the newer models and have never had a major issue with any of the three I've purchased!

Looks nice but...

I thought I was going to love this vehicle, but unfortunately I can't wait until the end of my lease. The transmission lags so much when accelerating from a dead stop, that I dread having to cross or turn onto a road where the speed limit is more than 35mph, or wait until there are literally no cars in sight because I'm afraid my Santa Fe won't be able to get up to speed fast enough to no cause an accident. Also, there is a driver detection camera mounted on the steering wheel that, during the brightest of conditions when I'm wearing my prescription sunglasses, alerts me that it can't detect my eyes so I must not be looking at the road. After the first warning it shuts off the accelerator until I take the glasses off my face.

Quality and customer care

My car has shown considerable wear that is not normal for a car of its age from the vehicle, from scar on the steering which I was told was normal from rings and things of that nature. I don’t wear rings. Or anything on my fingers. The creases on the leather when i purchased the car are still there they said they work flatten and relax out. They haven’t. The back seat has a crack in it the driver side leader seat bolster leather is wearing down and it’s black you can’t clean it because it’s not dirty, for a loaded trim the materials are holding up as they should. But always told that it’s normal ware. I don’t have kids nor do I have large things in the back of the car. There’s some electrical things that cannot be found, buts it’s a dark pull from the battery which has killed the car once, unexpected. Disappointed in the quality and care.

Calligraphy is a great deal

Great car for the money. Feature packed and quality leather in the calligraphy. Engine is a bit quirky being a turbo 4 cylinder. It’s zippy but the turbo lag is annoying. I’d rather her be a v6 w/ better power delivery.
