A Hyundai customer for many years, my first was a car, then a tuscon then a sante Fe, Thru the years I had at least 5 or more Sante Fe, Always have been happy!

I like this ride.

only two things. 1. It is underpowered for quick take offs from lights and entering a freeway. 2. the amber lights to indicate seat heater function, seat air, etc are so hard to see on a sunny day. overall I love the body style and interior.

Major Disappointment

This is my fourth Hyundai but after owning the Santa Fe for two years I will not be a returning customer. Between recalls and other issues, including a visit to the dealership today because the alert sensors aren't working properly, I've had to bring it in five times this year.

I liked it at first but… not satisfied

It’s too techie for no reason. The fingerprint scanner never works, sensors randomly go off for no reason. White leather interior is nice , but is difficult to keep clean. Rims are too delicate, 22 inch rims on the car doesn’t handle bumps well, and the car makes a weird squiky noise. The battery dies often, which makes no sense also.

2024 Santa Fe review

Nice car with a few small problems but service in my area is terrible. Service department at both dealerships near me are terrible. Two week wait for oil change at one and the other stole items from my car when they serviced it.

It sucks honestly constant issues.

Within the first thirty thousand miles, we had transmission issues and a transmission failure and had to get it replaced. We are now experiencing engine issues with a violent vibration and smoking out. The exhaust, the dealership, has yet to recreate the issue. I feel like we have to wait until something fails to get a resolution.

Hyundai does not stand for its product

My vehicle stood for replacement twice and both times it was denied. It has developed a coolant leak that dealership is not able to find the source of this leak. Head gasket has been replaced. The system has been purged. And the coolant is still disappearing. Vehicle has been in service a dozen time ... And after two very lengthy investigations, and they denied either buyback or vehicle replacement.

Lemon

Bought this in Dec 2025. Its been in the shop 8 times. At one point for almost 2 months. Recalls, camera not working, sensors acting up, breaks not working, shaking while driving, limp mode, seat belt broke. Idk.. seems like this car did NOT go thru the inspections process. To be honest, I will never shop at Hyundai again.
