Failed transmission, electrical issues also

After 5000 miles, the transmission failed. We had multiple electrical issues and a rattle issue. This is unacceptable. The navigation kept dimming and was unable to manually brighten. The auto wipers stopped working. There is something loose inside center console. I brought in vehicle to dealer multiple times and didn’t get things fixed 100%. I had to have a friend fix.

Vehicle is a pleasure

Vehicle is a pleasure to drive . The collision indicator drives me nuts. I don't like it when it all of a sudden brakes. When we go in the service person doesn't have a knowledge of the car. It's like he doesn't have a clue.

Excellent Purchase

Comfortable vehicle that offers the most safety features compared to other cars in this class. Well equipped interior with large display screen. Large cargo area and back seats fold down when more cargo room is needed. You will be happy with the all around performance of this vehicle.

The vehicle was really nice and comfortable. I got it in 2021 and it was traded for a truck.?i really enjoyed the wi-fi. If you are driving a limited any kind of Hyundai, I think it should have have wi-fi and come with floor mats

Good vehicle

Very good comfortable vehicle, with all the electronic gadgets available to this day.. It is a good car for every day driving. Seats are comfortable and offer good support. I just wish it came with full spare tire and gave better fuel economy.

Love My Hybrid

This vehicle is one that you will not regret buying. This vehicle can do pretty much everything. I love how much money I save when it comes to gas, especially with these high prices and the economy. It has dual settings. It also has a 110 outlet in the back seat area. I could go on and on. You will not be disappointed.

THIS CAR IS CLASSY AND ROOMY. IT SITS 5 COMFORTABLY. THE COLOR POPS AND HAS A CLEAN POLISHED FINISH. THE MEDIA IS A-1 AND EVERYTHING IS IN ARMS REACH. 4 CHARGER PORTS IS A MUST AND A PLUS, AND LOVE HOW THE CUPHOLDERS FIT ANY SIZE CUP AND IT GRIPS IS TO PREVENT SPILLS.

Is a Good Drive For Town and City, But , As an SUV, If Rear Seating is also needed on a trip, Cargo space is limited Further you need to get the larger V4 Engine model for any off paved or unimproved gravel road needs, Or for towing, .

Our 2021 Santa Fe is a great all around vehicle. We don't travel much but when we do, the Santa Fe is comfortable and gets great gas mileage. Love the computer assist, still learning how to use all of it. This could be our last vehicle we purchase and glad we did buy the Santa Fe,

It’s ok. Wouldn’t purchase it but was on for the lease knowing I don’t have to keep it.

Delay in gas pedal and sometimes surges when accelerating or just driving. And windshield will crack very easily. Have replaced it twice since I’ve had it. Would never buy it but was ok for a lease. Will upgrade next time

Great Vehicle, Hyundai Service is Lacking

I love the car. However, dealing with Hyundai service departments has not been great. It's hard to get a convenient appointment that isn't several weeks out. The service department has, on occasion, held my vehicle for several days for relatively minor work. There is a creaking noise in the driver's seat that would normally be covered under warranty; however, Hyundai is refusing to address the problem.

GREAT!!

I have always been a Ford owner and I work for a Ford & Hyundai Campus and after hearing all the good things about the Hyundai products I decided to lease one and just incase I didn't like it then I would not be stuck with it. I could turn it in after my 3 year lease was up. But I absolutely love my Santa Fe and I believe that I am now a Hyundai buyer!!

My SUV is great on gas and drives like a dream. Seats are comfortable and really like the heating and cooling option. Auto start for winter and summer is awsome! Navigation system is easy to use and very accurate.

Engine and Transmission Trouble

When I first leased this brand new car, there were major problems with the engine/transmission. The car would randomly SHUT OFF while driving. The dealer took it back and said they fixed the issue. The car doesn't turn off anymore, but the engine and transmission feels weak when accelerating, and sometimes shakes when hitting bumps at any speed.
