I am very pleased with the ease of driving.

I find the Hyundai Santa Fe a very smooth driving experience. I enjoy the roominess of the vehicle as well as the comfort of the seats. I appreciate the "bells and whistles", like the warning alerts when another vehicle is approaching my vehicle on the left or right-hand sides. I also appreciate the loud sound made if I accidentally leave the car without turning off the engine. A great feature for a "SENIOR" citizen. Thank you!!

hyundai Santa fe

The car has been a good investment with a solid warranty though I have not needed it in the first 33,000 miles. The dealer is another story sales is not existent, and the service department is cyclic. One experience is ok the next poor. They are supposed to wash the car which they do some times. They are to remove the paper cover and they do sometimes. They are supposed to reset the service interval which they do some times. They are supposed to notify Hyundai when the service is done. they do some times, but every other time Hyundai is sending me notes telling me the car is over due for service and this could effect my warranty.

Faulty transmission

I did a lot of research and test-driving on various vehicles. Having had numerous luxury brands, I heard and read many great reviews of the Santa Fe. I loved the look and style and even the drive, especially for the price point. My perception changed when I noticed engine shifting issues, then transmission fluid needing to be added multiple times then my car stalling out and losing power with a check engine light. After the dealer performed a software update (recent recall) they noticed the transmission (oil pump) needed to be replaced. Part delivery was TBD and it took 40+ days to receive, and install. Corporate Hyundai was proactive in communicating with me (I had to call to start a CASE and get CASE#). I am now 2 weeks in without any issues. TBD and fingers crossed no more engine/transmission issues.

Great SUV

Highly recommend this vehicle. Very reliable, great price for all you get with a beautiful interior and great technology, needless to say the comfort while driving. Love my Santa Fe and the panoramic sunroof.

Hyundai lacks customer service support.

Hyundai customer service is a joke. Even after paying additional funds to have their Hyundai dealer look at brakes was told it wasn’t covered. Said brakes were not a covered item but independent mechanic said flaw. Hyundai dealership wanted to charge over $1000 for a vehicle that was less than 2 years old to sand down discs to avoid squeak when light braking at low speeds. Customer service department took over 3 months to respond negatively. Out time and money that we will never get back.

Close to Perfect daily driver

We love the comfort, styling, value and safety of our Santa Fe. Fun to drive around town and very good on road trips. Highly recommended. I can't seem to get 200 characters and it seems that I cannot submit without.

2021 Santa FE Limited

Wonderful experience with the Sales Team at Venice, Florida Hyundai. Total support for the short period I was in Florida. I still call them with questions and they have always been cordial and helpful - even though I now live in Texas. Calling the local dealership in Round Rock, Texas is a waste. All I have ever gotten was voicemail, often with no response. Except for the Recall debacle with the local dealer and losing four months with my car, I love my car! Has all the bells and whistles - some of which I still haven't mastered. As an afterthought, I regret not waiting until the Santa FE was offered as a Hybrid.

Beautiful Car

Overall I’m a Hyundai lover. My 2021 is the first year of the new style so it had some glitches with keyless entry & the center console being too big. But it drives beautifully and I’m very happy with it.

No problem getting title

Vehicle has good styling inside and out. Ride is comfortable and cargo capacity is adequate. The survey is flawed in several places, such as year of vehicle traded in - only options was 2021 & 2022.Some other question that dealt with year of vehicle also was not available for year of mine.

Good vehicle when it’s working

Shortly after purchase, our fuel injectors had to be replaced. Later we were affected by a transmission and power train recall. The transmission is on backorder. We still do not have the car repaired.

Great SUV

Great ride. Comfortable. Vehicle safety features are top notch. Quiet. Very nice stereo system. Roomy for passengers. Lots of storage in the back. Weather-tech floor mat option is awesome. Controls are handy and easy to use.

Great SUV

If your a car lover like me and your looking for a midsized suv with great road appearance, engine performance and the highest quality at a reasonable price then you need to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe. The engine performance is fabulous, the comfort is amazing and the quality can't be beat. I love my Santa Fe!

Reliable and good performance

The new engine is great compared to the older models. Power is there when you need it. The interior seats are very comfortable. Storage is perfect for just about anything you want to carry in the back with the seats layed down. Good looking and a all around SUV

I liked my 2016, so I got this one because to advanced electronics. minimum of 200 characters....WTF? OK....Mary had a little lamb and boy was she surprised! Did someone who used to work at GM design this survey?

Beware of quality issues and good luck getting any issues addressed.

The cons of this vehicle are the most important. I have the 2.5T Calligraphy. The DCT transmission is problematic. It shutters, lurches, slams into reverse and feels like you are being hit from behind when you're coming to a stop. Had a check engine light come on and vehicle went into limp mode while driving to work (couldn't go above 30ish mph suddenly). Called 4 dealers to get it diagnosed and 2 said they can't even do anything other than maintenance requests, and the other two said the diagnostics would be at least 3 to 6 months out, which I could not even schedule. Mind you, this was when the vehicle had less than 13k miles on it. Do yourself a favor and buy a Toyota. They probably won't have the "wow" factor, but they will give you the peace of mind that I so desperately wish I had.

Santa Fe review

The vehicle is slow when entering the highway. I had an android phone at first. Since, buying an Iphone. I been having problems with the infotainment and back up camera. I don't think the IPhone is compatible.
