Disappointed

The SUV is great except for the facel recognition monitor!!! That little piece of crap is a pain. Can't turn it off, can't wear sunglasses, constantly tells me I need to take a break for coffee after I have just had 2 cups. And the service guy's won't turn it off in the computer. This monitor ruins the whole car.

great company love the car in general

love the car in general-best inside i got 3yrs maintenance included(outstanding!) love the lift being lower for my dog who jumps in and out(dog park!) prefer more rounded exterior tho-i call it my lunchbox...!!!!! car so square in design love headlights!!! H H so cool! all about the inside for me!!!

Poor Dealership Service- No solution

The drivers seat is frozen more than it moves with no resolution. Continues to be taken for fix but never really gets fixed!

Issues with the motor/transmission since purchasing new 2024 Santa Fe

Brand new 2024 Santa Fe having transmission/motor issues since around 6,000 miles and service department denies anything is wrong with it. It often has trouble changing gears and the RPMs rev way up sounding like the engine is going to blow.

The Pirelli mistake.

I really like the vehicle with exception of the Pirelli tires which drive like the wheels are not balanced for miles until they magically smooth out. I thought it might go away now that the weather is warm ...but no such luck... they still ride like the engineer who designed them has a problem. The service manager at Laurel test drove me when I returned a couple days after picking up the vehicle and told me all Hyundais drive like this....He needs to find a new career path. I doubt that he even pulled a wheel and checked for balance. or defective belts. This is not my first Hyundai.

A Great SUV

Very roomy and comfortable. The 12.3 inch dashboard display is phenomenal!, as are ALL of the cameras. The ability to adjust any given driving aspect is just super. Used the remote start/move vehicle-works great if you’re in a tight spot.

Never again shall I purchase a Hyundai. Worst quality ever

This was advertised as a pet friendly, off the road vehicle per commercial adds on television. Within weeks the seats were damaged from my dogs paws. Seats made with very cheap material. Took this to dealer and was told “well if I purchased a new vehicle I would never let my pets ride in it”. That’s the only response I received. I also informed the dealer that I would warn others that would consider a purchase. I was basically laughed off. Long story said I sold this Hyundai in less than a years time. Then purchased a new Ford. Lost money. At the age of 66 and have owned several different vehicles in my lifetime I do know now that I would never purchase any Hyundai again nor will I ever deal with any Mathew’s dealerships again.

Transmission replaced at 5,000 miles. It was 2 quarts low of fluid from the factory. Other than that, it has been a pretty good car.
